Horrible store. Worst customer service. Terrible exchange policy!

If I could give a ZERO and rate my experience as HORRIBLE, I would! I've never been treated so rudely by an associate in any store - ever! My son and I were in Hollister at Crossroads Center in St. Cloud, MN yesterday. We took our purchase (a winter coat) up to the counter. Our cashier rang up the purchase and I paid. Then she grabbed a small paper bag and started trying to jam the coat inside. She pushed and jammed and even asked another girl for help. I asked if they had a larger bag and she ripped the coat out of the small bag, shoved it into the bag that was more appropriate for the size, threw my receipt inside and said, "there you go". She was rude and perhaps a reason NOT to go to that store again. I give mixed reviews......the products and selection at Hollister have always been great, however, THIS experience of total rudeness from the associate was despicable. I looked for her nametag, but she did not have one. Totally unacceptable, Hollister, you can do better!

Beware of the fraudulent return or exchange policy that is listed on your receipt. Unless you have the tag that was on your item you will not be able to return it or even exchange it. What you are told on your receipt is clearly misleading and a fraudulent representation made by Hollister to make it almost impossible to return or exchange items.

What an absolute disgrace ordered three pairs of jeans on the 1 st nov 2022 to take on holiday paid in full have rung emailed numerous times to be told they where on the way sorry for the delay The last phone call was told the shipping would be refunded The shipping that I paid extra for for the quicker delivery Now in febuary and still have no jeans wow and minus the full amount from my bank Will never shop again with this company Shame as I am a regular shopper there

Went Lakeside mall bought 2 pairs of sweatpants tried them on the next day and realized they didn't fit me. I took the tags off 1 pair, took them back to the store and I had the receipt and they only let me return 1 with the tags and the lady said with the tags missing on the other pair they couldn't take them back. So I don't recommend buying anything unless you try them on at the store

I think people who trash talk about Hollister are idiots. They say they dump cologne on the floor but I’ve been in many and none of them are like that. The shirts and pants look amazing and my whole closet is basically full of Hollister clothes. It may only be about 1% popular but honestly, old is gold.

I love dresses and tops from Hollister. I usually order online if I need any dresses for me. I bought this dress for my graduation from store located at the southern park mall . It fits me perfect(Size: S, weight: 101 , height: 5ft). 😍 ❤️❤️Loved it.

My daughter loves the Hollister brand, so she is always dragging me to the store when we go shopping. The clothes are very classy and good quality, but they are overpriced and only have smaller sizes. When I am physically in the store, it's always dark for some reason and the music is constantly blasting. It smells like someone had sprayed a ton of cologne. And I've noticed it's like this at multiple locations. The staff are also not the best, whenever my daughter asked for help she was practically ignored.

Horrible return policy.... Charges £5 for every return package and you get money after 60 days....even if you send the clothes back the next day ..... Never buying from them again.....

Want to shop with Hollister Co.... I thought I did as well until the company turned out to be fraudulent. Upon shipping my items back in a timely manner and in original condition on Jan 11th I am still waiting for my $200.00 refund to be processed. I have contacted the company via online chat, email and direct calls to customer service. The last person I spoke with “Jerica Jones” informed me after yet another attempt to escalate the issue to a manager that managers, accounting, head office and the refund processing department are all unavailable and will only contact you via email. Unless you want to deal with a fraudulent company stealing your money I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

do not buy from this Company. They took my money and did not deliver my order. They did not even refund me. They said to me we are NOT going to refund or resend any thing, and this is or FINAL decision. My Order Number is #20474715280

I had placed an order for two bottoms, very simple order. They said that my order was delivered but I said that I have video proof that it was never delivered on the given date. Next I contacted them to have my order resent, I only received one of the two items I purchased. I waited a little longer because it was the holidays and never received my order, and when I attempt to reach someone nobody responds. I’m going to give it another try after the holidays but I’m certain that I’m never going to be shopping at Hollister again.

Poor returns process. Feel ripped off. Tried to order a hoody through the app and it crashed part way through the payment, or so I thought, so I ordered through the website instead. Paid £5 delivery(!) for one of the hoody orders and nothing for the one through the app. The payment had not yet been authorised so I contacted Customer Services to request the cancellation of my duplicate order. Surprisingly, I was informed that my order was 'already processing for shipment, so I can't make any changes.' They continued to tell me that I would have to wait for the delivery and then organise the return myself at cost to myself: 'For returns, a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in your package or the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.' So, I have already had to pay £5 for the delivery for a duplicate, unwanted order and then have to pay another £5 or pay the postage to a return a £13.95 hoody! Disappointed is not the word. Dear Hollister, I’d like to express my extreme disappointment at how I have been treated by your store manager in Brighton shop. On Sunday 07/11/2021 I have visited your Brighton shop where I found a sweatshirt that I wanted to buy. While I was browsing the shop floor I was advised by your staff member that if I sign up to a club that day I will receive £10 off my £40 purchase. Since the item I wanted was £49 that seemed like a good deal. So I took the sweatshirt to the till where I was served by Zoe the assistant store manager. At that point, I was asked by Zoe if I want to sign up to the club to get £10 off. I said yes, put my email address in and Zoe scanned the item and asked me to pay. At that time I didn’t realise that the £10 was not deducted from the bill. So I asked about it. The answer I received from Zoe the assistant store manager made me question Hollister’s ethics and integrity. Zoe stated that I only get £10 off of my next shopping. At no point that was explained me! The shop floor assistant said I’ll get it today if I sign up. But Zoe stated that to get it today I’ll have to go back to the shop floor assistant and signed up with her, then come back to the till and she will be able to give me that £10 off!!!!!!!! I could not believe my ears. That came from the assistant store manager!!!! So to recap: I only get the discount on the day if I walk back to the shop floor and sign up with someone else at the shop floor but not Zoe?! Makes no sense to me as both of them are employed by and work for Hollister. Both have access to the same system. The promo sticker at the till did not specify when you have to sign up or when the discount will be available. Feels to me as if I was being scammed by the very employee who supposedly is there to enforce Hollister rules? So Zoe either did that on purpose to maximise her daily revenue or this is what Hollister trains their staff to do which is worrying. In any case, I was so shocked and felt utterly scammed that I asked for a refund which Zoe processed. She did not offer to honor the promotion she did not apologise, she just said that I’d have to sign up with her colleague to get £10 off today. Once I left the store I called Hollister to inform them about what just happened to me and the advisor I spoke to assured me that Hollister will contact the regional manager to pass the concerns raised. She also promised that someone will be in touch via email to let me know what happens next and offer me some sort of compensation for this horrific experience I had at the Brighton store. Needless to say, I have not received any communication from Hollister, hence this email. So it seems that customer service is not something that is provided by Hollister. I strongly feel that your advert should be reviewed by Advertising Standards Authority as your staff are not honoring what is advertised. I’m extremely disappointed in this entire experience. Something I should share and social media and review sites. I attached a picture of the advert from your Brighton shop. I'm a faithful customer and always loved HCO UNTIL recently Prices are high asf and the quality of the clothing has since thinned. It used to be worth the price but everything is so cheap made now and falls apart after 2 washes.

First had an item sent with a hole in it, then got sent the wrong size and now been waiting 8 weeks for my refund! They are currently ignoring me - customer service is disgusting! Be careful if you're going to order online for them!!

I’m absolutely flabbergasted with the service from this company! They are not able to deliver an order properly. I’m out of pocket now because they are refusing refund or replace. I meant to get two different size jeans as I didn’t know which one would fit but I have only received one pair. I cannot believe it!

Wish I had read the previous reviews. I totally agree with this place stinks. Extremely persistent in giving me a store credit when I came in with a receipt. Never deal with them again. People spend your money elsewhere. Others will appreciate it in these hard times. Largest companies such as this, still sucking us for our money. We have a choice.
