“Ordered flowers for a friends birthday to be delivered 21.3.24. They did not arrive. Contacted customer services, waited 20 minutes for an answer, agent was curt and unfriendly.Did not seem to believe the flowers had not been delivered. Eventually agreed to resend the flowers on 2.4.24. The flowers did arrive this time but were nothing like the picture on the website and definitely not worth the money paid. I have emailed customer services and the CEO and am waiting on a response from both.
I would not recommend ordering flowers from this company. Supermarket flowers are much better quality.”

“Incredibly disappointing. Purchased for a friend as a thank you, paid extra to 'up size' to a medium and had a measly flower bunch delivered that I could have picked up from Sainsburys myself for a fraction of the price. Followed up with their 'chat' feature through their website and spoke to Nia who advised there was nothing wrong with the flowers and they can confirm that 4 germinis, 3 roses, 3 sprigs of chrys and 3 stems of eucalyptus is £26 worth of flowers. Unfortunately the reviews on here are extremely correct and I should have paid notice before ordering. Don't be misled by the 'bargain' - trust pilot does not allow photos otherwise I would add them. Will not be using again and do not recommend.”
“I recently bought 2 houseplants and a large bunch of 'Pastel Paradise' flowers.
The plant I sent to my wife for mothers day had a blank card with it rather than having the message I wrote to her. This I could let go ,but the flowers I sent to my own mother on Friday last week had fallen apart by Monday morning.
My mother has sent me pictures of whole flowers worth of petals brown and rotting or completely fallen off/on the floor, these pictures (attached) were taken Sunday PM/Monday AM.
Two days is hardly acceptable for £29 worth of flowers and the delivery on top.
The whole order was £77.82 and I just don't feel a decent service was received considering.
Also their website is so glitchy it nearly useless, wouldn't remove items from cart, would send message to customer support (just comes up with error message in bottom right of page) & the email link provided does not function whatsoever.
Absolute joke, will never use again.”

“Sent flowers to my niece because her husband died on the 5th of February.
I didn't get to see the flowers because we live 200 miles apart, it wasn't until my sister sent a photo that I realised what poor Quality and quantity they were. I have complained via email but I get almost the same response saying I am not entitled to a refund because I should have complained in the first three day's they have offered me either a £10 gift voucher or £10 credit to use off any future order. I have informed them I won't accepting this because I am not going to order more flowers from this company. Only wish I had read the reviews first..”

After reading all the reviews, I actually tried to cancel my order but it was too late so I’ll keep my fingers crossed. I was very pleasantly surprised! Flowers arrived well presented with a lovely card. My sister was very happy. I would definitely recommend and will be using again. Great free delivery and even though the bunch was smaller than expected, they were very well received.”

“Honestly you would be better going to a petrol station as my £30 flowers turned up today and I could have gotten better ones in esso. The roses had started to wilt and change colour the butterfly was bent out if shape and I received less than half of what was shown even after purchasing the largest bouquet they sold then in. “I would have given zero stars if possible, ordered flowers for 1st feb, delivered 3rd feb, ordered 30 tulips, 27 delivered, stems mouldy, some dead, looked nothing like the picture. Main complaint tough is appaling customer service, live chat not available, no answer tophone calls or e mails. AVOID at all costs, doubt they'll be in business much longer. Sad thing also Home Bargains suggest the flower business is not their concern and are not prepared to help, REALLY!!”

Only 4 stars as the bouquet didnt have any gypsophillia in it yet the description on website states that it would contain gypsophillia.”
