“I'm shocked to see so many nasty reviews. I have ordered from HB before and they have been wonderful. They used prestige flowers before. All the reviews are months old. The latest is 1 month.
I will keep you posted once my florist sister has received hers.”

Flowers arrived well presented with a lovely card. My sister was very happy. I would definitely recommend and will be using again. Great free delivery and even though the bunch was smaller than expected, they were very well received.”

“Was a bit worried after seeing the reviews and not receiving a email confirmation so sent messages to homebargains flowers don’t bother they don’t get back and no phone numbers. Just make sure you get reference num when payed. And any problems you ring prestige flowers that’s who does them for HB tel 3443105555 flowers were beautiful. Was told that 10% have a bad experience and bad experience leave the reviews.”

Only 4 stars as the bouquet didnt have any gypsophillia in it yet the description on website states that it would contain gypsophillia.”

They arrived on time but many of the flowers were dead and had to be thrown away I have contacted Home Bargains, been given a reference number but heard nothing. The delivery was 8th Feb.
Very disappointing as I had used them before and the recepients were satisfied then.
Very poor customer service, would not use them again.”
“A bouquet of roses arrived obviously short of feeding and water and within a day the petals had turned black with the stems wilting.On submitting a photograph the company did not see anything wrong with the flowers (relying only on the photo) and when I requested a refund
they would not agree stating as they could not be returned only a replacement was possible.
I reluctantly agreed but consider if items are not in a fit state a refund should be possible.”
“Ordered flowers for a friends birthday to be delivered 21.3.24. They did not arrive. Contacted customer services, waited 20 minutes for an answer, agent was curt and unfriendly.Did not seem to believe the flowers had not been delivered. Eventually agreed to resend the flowers on 2.4.24. The flowers did arrive this time but were nothing like the picture on the website and definitely not worth the money paid. I have emailed customer services and the CEO and am waiting on a response from both.
I would not recommend ordering flowers from this company. Supermarket flowers are much better quality.”
