“I had to replace part of my 2019 renovated walls in my living room. As I liked the pattern of my chosen wallpaper, I was very disappointed to find out, that it is not produced anymore. Searching the internet I found Home Flair Decor had some rolls left. Although I had to pay customs for shipment to Germany I ordered. First I choose the wrong amount. Customer service = Kelly was very helpful! Thank you! Shipment arrived in good shape after the expected 5 days.”

“Had to contact Customer Service as there had to be a change in order, who were excellent and efficient. Ordered special delivery and within 24 hours from the call we had our large order. Would use again and recommend.”

“My local store let me down by not ordering the paper I chose, I therefore had to source the paper elsewhere. Home Flair was the only store stocking the same paper. I emailed to check they had 18 rolls of the same batch, then paid extra for express delivery. After ordering I received an email advising they didn't have 18 rolls of the same batch. They promised to order 18 rolls and it was delivered within a week. Not express delivery as intended but the main thing is, I had my wallpaper.its now up and all good.”
