“I placed an order with this rogue company, via Amazon UK. I then emailed them to ask who they were going to use as a courier as several in my area were useless and failed to deliver. They told me that they were going to send my order out with the worst of these couriers so I asked them BEFORE the item was dispatched to cancel the order and NOT send my order out. They still sent the order out and then accused me of telling lies when my Amazon account was showing that the item was NOT eligible for return, so I had a massive hassle for over 2 weeks to try and get my money back, 2 weeks on I am now having to file a claim to get a refund. This horrid company abused me via email and refused to have the massive box that turned up damaged, collected. I am disabled after a stroke and cannot lift the box from where it is blocking my hall. I have no support and Amazon wanted me to take the goods in a taxi to the post office when that would have cost me £40 and the goods were £22!”

Will not take responsibility or apologise for their failings.
Attempt to have poor reviews removed despite the factuality.
If they made more effort looking after their paying customers than they do making excuses and passing the buck and trying to mute the free speech of their unhappy reviewers they may not get negative reviews.
