Absolutely rude and unprofessional especially Lisa who was patronising. Called to enquire as to the status of an order placed 6 days ago to be told it will take 21 days. Explained I had called before ordering to check stock status and told it would be dispatched immediately but apparently I had misheard. I explained I had not and wanted a refund to be told did I want it now or in 21 days. Won't buy a thing from them again or recommend them to anyone. Lisa clearly needs to understand what customer service is as she is a liability to the company....

Poor poor customer service, over 17 weeks I waited for a bed (payment took up front of course) never got updates unless i asked. They may say up to 16 weeks for non in stock items but they then give you a shorter delivery scale then just keep pushing it back and back again Item arrived, main bed looks ok but materials of poor quality, when i complained and asked for some money back, i was told they could either collect the whole bed i'd waited all that time for or I could have a £20 credit for their site! When you think the delivery alone is more than that and I would never spend any money with this horrendous company again. Their customer service is just appalling

I ordered a wardrobe in May expecting to receive it in June. I got an email In June to apologise for the delay but it would now arrive in July, in July... You guessed it another email to say it was now due in August. They also assured me there would be no further delays... THEY LIED!! Apparently my wardrobe did arrive in the country but I wasn't a priority and they didn't order enough to cover their orders so yet again it will be delayed a month. I am now worried that this is a scam! I only hope they will give me the full refund I am entitled to!

I wish I could give no stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not get involved with this Mickey Mouse set up, they couldn't find their arse with both hands. You will regret ever placing an order with them. They recommend phoning up before placing an order online to check if it is in stock. They say the item is being delivered from their UK-based suppliers (what on earth take a months to arrive from one place in the UK to another? And surely they'd get it sent straight to the customer?)They then admitted that the item comes from abroad. Their emails often arrive at odd times for the UK and are poorly written. The stock they say they keep in the UK is shipped over from China which is why everything takes so long. After many, many emails and useless responses from them I'd had enough and decided to cancel so emailed to ask them to confirm cancellation. Of course, they couldn't do it, I had to phone up instead and speak to a rather abrupt woman who kept complaining that I was talking too fast and she couldn't understand me, despite us both speaking very clear English. I think the refund is being processed but I've had nothing I'm writing to confirm it and I'm to wait 'a while' for the refund to appear. Nothing but a pain from start to finish. AVOID!

Avoid! Ordered over 2k of furniture in January. I had used a similar company previous and knew the wait time could be ridiculously long so used the finance option as they don’t take any money until you have taken delivery rather than part with all that money up front then wait months for my furniture! They insisted all items had to be delivered together and some were out of stock which wasn’t a problem as one of the rooms wasn’t ready till March anyway. Eventually after much chasing delivery was arranged for the second week in March. The day before they rang to say as the dressing table stool was found to be broken on inspection they would now be unable to deliver until another stool arrived which would be the end of April! My husband works 4K miles away and he was home especially to be here when the furniture arrived. I argued this point and that we could really live without the stool please just send the other larger 10 items. Eventually they made an exception and agreed. The delivery arrived, the delivery team had to assemble the wardrobe which I had believed to be fully assembled and they couldn’t get the top part on straight or the doors to align properly. The living room glass mirrored furniture had a lot of glue marks but I decided to live with it. After about an hour the delivery guys said they couldn’t make the wardrobe any better so we signed the delivery docket. At the end of April the stool arrived and was broken. I was told to throw it away and they would order another one. At this point after many attempts by my husband to align the wardrobe doors I complained about it and they eventually agreed that when the stool was delivered the delivery man would try to sort it out. Move forward another month I received a call to say my stool would be delivered the following week. The guy turns up tries in vain to sort the wardrobe out with no joy. I ask him to bring the stool in and I’ll get back onto the customer care team regarding wardrobe. ‘stool? What stool?’ There was no stool on the truck!! Bearing in mind we are now in June!! He rings the office and she says no the stool won’t be here till July! Anyway I managed to get 10% refund on the wardrobe but to be honest I paid £850 for a wardrobe that I feel is worth about £350 so £85 refund isn’t great. I’ve decided to cancel the order for the stool as 6 months is a bit of a joke to wait for anything!

Got to be the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered bedroom furniture the 3rdweek in February 19, was advised 1 itemwas not in stock until end of April. I accepted this and went ahead requesting all items were delivered together. My money was taken and I received a confirmation email. I heard nothing until I decided to contact the company 3rd week in April. I was advised that my furniture had a confirmation date of the week after although I had not been advised. Anyway I didn’t argue as I wanted the items. They arrived a day b4. Lucky I was in as I had no call. All the pieces of furniture were damaged. I immediately called the company who apologised and asked if they gave me 40 compensation would I accept them collecting the items and replacing. I asked them to promise I would get the furniture ASAP. They gave me a date of the beginning of May so I accepted and kindly stored the items I had in my back room. I heard nothing again and contacted the company who then said there’s a delay and I am now looking at the end of May ( bear in mind this was an order from 3rd week in feb ) With this I requested to cancel the order and refund request An email arrived to state they will arrange collection I asked when I get my refund and was told when the goods are in their warehouse? Again I heard nothing my husband then took over communication and was offered a collection day of 3rd of May I received an email to say that I had turned Down a collection date? Which I had not. Did they come to collect the furniture that is now boxed up in my hallway.... no. So here I am. Still no bedroom furniture. Still no collection of damaged goods and no refund3 months later. The funny thing is I found the furniture on another site who advised all is in stock within 14 days for delivery But dealing with this company has put me off I know this is a long review and reviews seem to be a mixed bag here But I would never ever recommend this company There is no communication at all so now I have a load of broken furniture and they have stolen my money That’s how I see it Order from this company if u dare

Hi, Regading Order Reference - WEB***06 Order Date : 12th September 2018 Current Date : 24th December 2018 Delivery Date : None of the Items Received - 1 day before Christmas We placed a large order on the 12th of September for full set of BedRoom furniture. THREE month / 19 WEEKS have passed since we placed the order. We were intially told that the whole order will be delivered in OCTOBER. In October, We recceived email to say that the Order will be delivered in NOVEMBER. In November, We received email to say the Order will be delivered in December. And now 1-day before christmas when the room and Furniture was supposed to be used, we called to check and were told Sorry we have not been able to deliver. Does homesdirect365 have any concept of delivery time or customer inconveience. We want to dispute the order now, as it is past its purpose. How can we be confident of quality from a company that cant even manage its timesclaes for delivery. And the customer service staff has been rudely asked to throw terms and conditions in the face of customer inconvenience. We are thoroughly disappointed in the customer service experience at this point. From the experience we have had with the customer service we dont think that this compalint is going to make any difference to our experience. From a very dissasitified customer. Regards

I have taken 3 days off work and had to chase this company. 6 months later I still have a damaged product and no resolution (they cannot give a delivery period other than a 12 hour slot where you have to wait for the product Mon-Fri). The sales/Delivery team have no regard. They cut and paste canned response. Use at your peril.

Ordered bedroom furniture from homes direct but wished I had seen their reviews before making a decision. Not only do they take forever to deliver some of the items, in my case up to 5 months but their managers are rude and arrogant when dealing with customer complaints. An item was delivered faulty and I was given 7 days to return it at my own expense. Was given a partial refund which put me of pocket further. Wrote to their MD but all fell on deaf ears. The worst customer experience I have seen in a long time. Their delivery driver is so impatient to wait for you to inspect the items before signing the paperwork which puts the customer further at risk if there are any issues. Definitely not returning and wouldn't recommend them.

I have to say that this company is the worst online company out there. I often read reviews and think that it was just someone’s bad luck, and the company will be ok if I order from them well that is not the case, they are REALLY THAT BAD. I ordered from them an item in June and a further item in July and as I write this mail on Nov 4th I am yet to receive my goods. I had promised dates ranging from Aug, then Sep, then Oct and then finally 4th Nov. I was expecting my goods today the 4th Nov to say the van broke down which happens I know but the next date is 28th Nov for delivery. Their response time on email is slow and on speaking to them they show lack of interest to offer any customer service. Really consider before you buy is strongly recommend to look for alternatives.

Absolutely shocking company Ordered 4 bedside tables and a dressing table in JUNE was only told a few days later by email my items weren’t in stock and would be delivered in October!!!! Delivery date passed had to keep chasing them, items were eventually delivered end of November with 2 bedside tables missing!!! How can they expect people to wait 5 months for a delivery they have paid for!!? They could not locate missing items and are refusing to refund me!! Do not order from this company

AVOID this company. Shocking service from this company. Absolutely appalling level of customer service from their staff member Louise. Unhelpful and very possibly dishonest. I most certainly can not recommend this company. My recommendation to any potential purchasers is that you buy elsewhere and save yourselves a tremendous amount of grief and upset. This company simply does not care.

Terrible service. Ordered a mirror 10th September and for weeks and weeks I was informed the item is in stock and with the transport department. I was FINALLY given a delivery date for 23 10.19, which did not arrive. I was then told that the item actually isn't even in stock. This company is a scam. If I do not receive my refund immediately will be taking further action.

WARNING!!! - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE, EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS-AT EXTREMELY OVER INFLATED PRICES, EVERY ITEM THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM - OVER £3500- At Way over priced items due to such poor quality- on EVERY ITEM!, incredibly late delivery, assembly (& staff being incompetent & making me feel very uncomfortable in my own home) delivery time-over 16 weeks- way over promised time & -I was told the item I had paid for will take another 16 weeks after the -16 weeks I’ve already waited. Zero help with customer service other than rudeness & being told it’s actually my fault & my duty to report via e-mail & images etc that items are delivered completely broken & extremely faulty -When the driver & assembler has clearly told me he had reported the item as so badly faulty need to be replaced. NEVER purchase anything from this company, they are frauds & rip off merchants

From my initial communication with HomesDirect365 customer service through to the last, not once have I felt like a valued customer. Frankly it is all about HomesDirect365! My 91year old mother selected her perfect bedroom which included a French style bed and mattress, a large chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets at a cost of nearly £2000. I won't go into every issue but summerize the experience. Delivery times were a lot longer than initially mentioned and the only contact concerning delivery expectation was initiated by myself. I NEVER received a contact from the company. When trying to get a delivery date to enable my elderly mother to have a bed to sleep on in her new home, it was like speaking to a brick wall. The so called customer care department are clearly working under the wrong name. It should be called " customer don't care dept"! All the staff pay you lip service but ultimately if it doesn't suit them and HomesDirect365 then it's not going to happen. We eventually had to agree a date one week later than we desperately needed. The best estimate of time of arrival was between 7.00am and 7.00pm. The day before I got a telephone call from my mother informing me she had an email to say the bedroom furniture would be with her within the hour. I dropped everything and drove 15 miles to to my mother's. When I got there I called HomesDirect365 to establish what was going on to be informed that it was a mistake! A MISTAKE? The furniture was due for delivery the next day. My mother had stripped her temporary bed and was panicking. Remember 91 years old! I was furious. Oh they were sorry, these things happen. So finally the furniture arrived this morning at 7.15 am. It is lovely furniture. The chaps assembled the bed but once again disappointment. The did not unpack the chests and worse still left a mountain of packing as they don't take it away. I was told when paying for the installation that the bedroom would be left ready for my mum to use. So here's my advice. BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

Ordered new bedroom furniture. Get a call the day before it's due to be delivered to day they've damaged the bed and can't replace it. I'd already disposed of my existing bed and furniture and I'm now left with my mattress on the floor! Non existent customer service. Given the option of cancelling the order or paying double for a different bed. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Very rude staff and very unsympathetic to the fact I'd waited 4 months for my item to arrive and on the day it was meant to arrive they contact and tell me it won't be delivered. I wouldn't mind but they had me take time off work to be home and take delivery. No apology and no compensation to the fact I will have taken 2 days off work.

Order an item on the 06/12/2017, received today 08/02/2018 very disappointed, customer services very poor. Not sure if I will ever place another order with this company.
