“I want to thank Todd Vanberg for his gracious replacement of our certificate of origin of manufactured home. We purchased this home in May 2017. We went to Del Norte our County seat and registered the home but never received the title for the Home. This year I retired and we needed to transfer the title to another church. When we looked at our documents we found that we never did get a title and that I had used white out on the manufactured home certificate. That voided that certificate. When I asked Todd about it he graciously said that he would replace that certificate and did it very promptly and without any charges. Thank you Todd! We have had an excellent experience with the Homes Direct team. JJ Hostetter who sets up Karsten homes here in the San Luis Valley is enthusiastically impressed with the quality of Karsten Homes. He showed me through two HUD homes and suggested we go to Albuquerque and special order our home. He suggested that I connect with Bruce Patt who is now retired but who thoroughly understands Karsten Homes! Bruce helped us with fantastic upgrades and we are very very pleased with the home! We have had a few issues with flooring and electricity just like any home would have, but Bruce gave us exceptional suggestions to solve those issues! I would very highly recommend Homes Direct! I’ve been in the home for seven years and I’m very pleased with the quality, craftsmanship and design of this home! PS. Sorry Todd that it took me so long to give this recommendation!”

“Karl was an extremely friendly and professional. He rang me 15mins before he was on his way . He delivered and brought the coat hanger jnside and even opened ip do we can see the product. The irem was just what i wanted. His knowledge was very good. I would love to have him for my next delivery.”

“I feel the need to write this as I had ordered a mirror and saw so many awful reviews but I give them 5 stars ✨.. they emailed to let me know delivery and did just that my mirror a London telephone box mirror arrived packaged well and was very good value for money .. will defiantly use this company again”

“Really great experience. Sent me an email to arrange a delivery date, and did all of that quickly. Delivered on time. Came in perfect condition, not a single scratch. Well built furniture and where it needed to be put together, very very simple. Most of it came pre made”
