“We purchased the PNOE system about 1 1/2 months ago and the few patients we have done are nothing but cookie cutter results. The metabolic rate for calorie intake on some obese patient shows to be 3000 calories. Their metabolic age shows to be over 10-15 years younger when we know this is not possible. We are functional and DPC model medical clinic and do not accept insurance. The patients were upset with results they had and we had no explanation on why such results are showing up. We called PNOE but they think this is correct with no nutritionist or dietician licensed in America so no Malpractice insurance. So it really don't matter to them.”

“So far in my experience with the RMR test, I believe that I am getting very wrong results. I have seen extremely unhealthy, overweight people get nearly perfect results. Each person that gets great results the PNOE team says the same thing over and over like a broken record. To give example, I have had a smoker, alcoholic, diabetic, extremely fatigued with a slew of other health issues get almost all excellent in every category. Overweight people with excellent fat burning efficiency. After this last report, I lost all faith in the metrics. We had a 66 Y/O, 95% sedentary person, with sleep apnea, diabetes, high blood pressure, shortness of breath, 5'10 and 359lbs who had all excellent results in every single catagory and recommended calorie intake was over 3000 calories!!! Biological age is 6 years younger. This person can't walk from point A to B without needing to sit down. Their response is due to medications. So how can I help patients on medications? If their reports make them look like they are athletes, how is my obese patient suppose to loose weight taking in over 3000 calories a day. Also, not all my patients have been on medication and also had great results. I feel like I was scammed out of $20k. I have reached out to president in the past, Apostles he did not respond.”

“This company will scam you and rip you off. We are a doctors office and have purchased many different equipment throughout the years. This Was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The machine was broken, they sent us a part to repair it, that didn’t work, so they sent us another part for repair, that didn’t work either. I then told them I wanted to return the device, they said “nope sorry, the return period of 2 weeks is already passed” I reminded them they never sent me a working machine!! This company is not here to support doctors offices or patients, they are a scam. You can get devices cheaper somewhere else, with warranties. You will be disappointed if you use this company”

“Do not purchase this device. This company’s customer support and service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They took months almost a year to get my device to me. They sent me threatening emails because they loaned me a device because of the time it took to receive my device because I didn’t send their loaner back within the same week I got mine even though I was communicating with them via email that I would get it back as soon as I had time to get to the shipping company. They offered me a discount on their grow service for the hell they put me through but when I was ready to move forward with their service they would honor the discount which was in writing. I suggest if you can find another service for metabolic testing do it.”

“Very light to carry around if you want to take a test outdoors and the platform is very easy to use -whatever you're looking for won't take you more than a minute. What also surprised me was the range of protocols you can choose from and create based on your exercise and current setting.”

“Just wanted to share how much I've improved since incorporating what my Pnoe test taught me in to my training! I keep setting new PR's, and it's seriously thanks to a few minor changes. I completed both a bike and a treadmill test, then had a call with the Pnoe team to go over my data. Basically, I learned that I have some breathing issues which were limiting my performance. I seriously never would have guessed! I now do breathing resistance exercise to improve my lung volume. I also learned my proper heart rate zones, which previously I had just spent years guessing at, so now I can train at proper intensities. Finally, it was shocking to see that at higher intensities, I really only burn carbs and no fat at all, so I make sure to bring some maple syrup or something for longer intensity workouts now. I seem to be getting a lot more out of them, and recovering faster. That's all! Definitely would recommend doing the test. I thought I was pretty maxed out in my capabilities as a pro athlete, but I've been able to tap in to a whole new level.”

“I love the device and I’m currently launching my fitness brand an website during the recent months. However last week I was in a middle of an rmr test and no data was coming up so I had to cancel the apt to reschedule, I let customer support know so I downloaded the files and sent them over and now I’m just waiting to hear back the status. I hope we can get this resolution soon cause I have some clients ready to go but I can’t schedule them until we get it back working. Please let me know”

“Hi, I utilized the PNOE resting metabolic test and VO2 Max tests. The data was extremely useful for me to establish a baseline. That data was incorporated with Whoop, which has been a gamechanger combination in establishing my cardiovascular load and training potential. Finally, PNOE offered a customized workout based on my data and I found it was spot on. I worked with PNOE's trainer to establish my goals and was able to track and adjust my workouts in real time with this trainer. I was able to realize strength and cardio gains without sacrificing one for the other and also met my weight goals. Very grateful for this sort of program and offering in the fitness industry!”
