“Our summer holiday had never been better. We have had little luck on accommodations - the apartment we rented in Lima was sooo not worth the money we paid for, our poor son got bitten by bed bugs and even one time, we lost our apartment due to an accidental double booking from the owner's side. Never a great way to start your vacation. But this last time, HomeToGo made it possible for us to find the most amazing 3bedroom condo with a view and a great full service by the caretakers (the breakfast = wow !), and it was everything that was promised on the page - no bull, no hassle, nada. 5 brilliant stars”

“No response at all on 2 homes. I attempted contact 3 times over 5 days and have not gotten a response. Site should report response times on homes like air-b.”

“The room was very comfortable. Only thing I don't like is that the floors need to be mopped. The bathroom/ shower needs to be cleaned better. We don't do well with mildew. Husband has allergies. Other than that, things were great. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a pleasure with the lady (short hair and glasses) sorry, never caught her name. She's very helpful!!! Always look forward to seeing her when we are in town.”

“But the prices are extremely high, not everything is ok. But if I rent an apartment at this price, all costs are included and not 500 or 1000$ Plus paying taxes or cleaning lady or whatever else. Sorry about this global crisis not many people can pay everything is not realistic”

“This is a magical place with stunning views of even more stunning landscapes of lake, mountain, mist and beautiful cloud formations hovering over mountain tops and ranges. A bit pricey but unbeatable. To top it off, its in the most enchanting part of the Adirondacks, the drives are simply breathtaking. Recommend it wholeheartedly and unreservedly. Never had a better vacation! Being fall made it all the better. A fuller set of kitchen utensils needed.”

“I didn’t see the fine print that said we would be charged upfront for our booking. Given that we were booking a year in advance, wasn’t too happy about tying up a large chunk of cash like that. We changed our minds and cancelled a month later. We waited the 7 business days but still did not receive our refund as promised. Not using this again ever”

“I will be glad to give a review after my booking takes place without any problems. I’m still concerned that it may be case of “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”. I certainly hope that I’m wrong. I tried to do the 1st part of the survey, but the responses wouldn’t highlight so that I could pick one - I hope you are able to understand this last part.”
