“Your engineers were polite, accommodated my request for not traipsing through with outdoor shoes, happy to explain in laymen terms what they were doing and why, and fixed the issue within the hour!”

“The booking experience was quick and easy. An engineer came the same day at a time slot that was convenient for us. He arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. He fixed the issue in less than 40 minutes and our heating was back on again. Will definitely use your service again. Thank you!”

“Booked for TV instalment on the wall ... However the Technician who didn't seem to be an expert hence the job has not been done. In addition, the technician didn't show up for the first appointment because of traffic so needed to rebook. Until now, the TV has not been installed although I have pre-paid for that. I called to complain and they promised to contact me and have not heard from them till now!”

Thanks so much for taking the time to write your review. We are so sorry that your experience was anything less than perfect. We do hundreds and hundreds of jobs every month and unfortunately, in co-ordinating our trade professionals around London we do on occasion encounter traffic issues (amongst others!). We did of course call you to advise and suggest us returning the next morning which we understood was more than acceptable. When we turned up, unfortunately the bracket you advised us had been received was in fact not yet delivered. We offered to use the bracket that you already had but it was obviously not made for purpose - something of which we did advise. Given you did not have the bracket, we were not actually paid for the installation service. We are very sorry for any role we may have played in this less than ideal experience.

“Absolutely impeccable service from beginning to end. Was in urgent need of both a plumber and electrician as both my Washing Machine and Dishwasher went on the blink, and my landlord refused to deal with it! Service was quick, professional, and at a great price, and had some great jokes with Maurice!”

Good morning, Yasmin Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We are extremely sorry that any aspect of your Homyze service was less than ideal. Just to clarify, this review was written before we had spoken with you (and obviously before we had charged you anything). The electrician did turn up bang on the booked time but I understand that the job may have been bigger than you initially expected. “Very efficient setting up the appointment. Arrived on time. Gardener knew what he was doing and worked really hard. Phone call later to check it was all OK before payment was required. Highly recommended.”

“I needed someone to come fix our blocked drains ASAP, as every single sink and bathtub was blocked in our flat. I was shocked when I saw there was someone available in a less than 12-hour notice. Did the job in less than 20'. Very pleased.”
