WARNING Do not use this company left my family stranded at Orlando airport driver very rude no change of a refund they will hide behind legal jargon emergency phone number that doesnā€™t work DO NOT USE !!!!!!

Despite reading peoples awful reviews in relation to their booking and covid-19, i have used hoppa, every single year of my life when travelling to and from the airport in Mallorca. Could not fault them, have always been really helpful!

Disappointed with hoppa, I have just been refunded on 2 holidays with Jet2 with NO admin charges. Why is it that Hoppa does not give an option to either have a refund or credit they must surely understand that we would remain loyal to this company if there was choice but they are being very bullish. Going by reviews lots of people will never use them again. Why change T&C please Hoppa get your act together and do the right thing !!!!

Used hoppa yet again for transfer 22nd and 29th feb. So convenient and reliable with lovely drivers . Have just booked again for 8 of us in April. Will always use hoppa they are fab. Makes the start of your holiday the best

I have used Resort Hoppa, for international transport from various airports to my resorts and not once have they let me down. This includes return travel from the airport in Goa, India to Benulim resort. Try them their prices are brilliant too.

I never thought I'd write this about W H Smith's, but credit where it is due. I turned on my lap-top on Christmas Day simply to check my e-mails... and there it was: an advert for W H Smith's "sale". My first inclination was to simply press "Delete", but full of Christmas goodwill, I decided to have a quick look and was amazed at what was available in the Graphic Novel section... and at the prices; they were considerably cheaper than those of a certain world-wide, famously dominant company. So, I ordered there and then - a quick "Paypal" transaction" and within the week I was picking the items up via "click 'n' collect" from my local store. Since then, I have purchased a number of other books from them and, each time, have been more than satisfied regarding price, ease of purchase and the length of wait involved... plus the young lady who always seems to serve me is conspicuously polite and takes the time to help this disabled customer pack his purchased items securely. A big "Well Done and Thank You" to W H Smith.

this attached review is exactly what is happening to me at this very moment. šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜” Kian Scott-Loach ā€œWeā€™ve used Hoppa many times before but in these Covid times, Hoppa are worse than useless. They emailed telling me I had to cancel and rebook because their supplier needed more detail on the address. I cancelled but then received an email telling me to claim a refund. The process was frustratingly complex and thereā€™s literally no way to contact them - they no longer take phone calls and their online ticketing system just sends you an automated and unhelpful response. Iā€™m now Ā£196 out of pocket with no transfers. Booking with a company that literally has no customer support and wonā€™t engage with you makes them no more than a scam. When their customer services try to push you towards their ticketing system, it doesnā€™t work properly - Iā€™ve literally tried it dozens of times and it either just sends you a generic automated response thatā€™s completely unhelpful or it refuses to allow you to submit it. Iā€™ve been left with complaining to my card company and Trading Standards but will issue a summons if needed.ā€

Had problem after booking, wrong return date, emailed office and spoke to lady on telephone, told problem would be sorted and I,d receive new e ticket, absolutely nothing even after further email.Fortunately email to transfer company in Barcelona sorted problem immediately.

booked the shared shuttle rome Fiumicino to city centre then received around 6 emails saying additional information needed last one said if I didn't supply the booking would be cancelled asked what information was needed told nothing was needed the booking was confirmed , the transfer to rome had no problems , the return I expected an email to either myself or hotel for pickup time neither came the hotel tried to contact the office but no answer the first couple of times finally got an answer told pickup was 0950 for a 1210 flight no pickup had arrived at 1005 so tried to get a taxi no luck the pickup finally arrived

We booked a return transfer between the airport and the hotel in Curacao in February. On arrival we went to reception where the lady told us we had no booking. She tried calling but eventually told us to take a taxi to the hotel. We asked if she could see our return journey back but she said no, there were no reservations in our name. We then took a taxi to the hotel for $45. The next day I wrote to Hoppa asking what had happened, why no one had picked us up and what would happen to our return journey. We were there for 11 days, the day before we were due to go home I got an email telling us when to be at the reception as the driver would be coming to pick us up anyway. We were there 20 minutes early, of course no one came to pick us up. After we waited another 15 minutes, the receptionists started calling the local number given in the confirmation, but nobody answered. Not wanting to miss the flight, we again took a taxi to the airport at our own expense for 50 euros. When we got home we had a long correspondence as I asked for our money back. So far we have received half of the money back on 26 March. Since then they have not promised anything and have stopped responding to our requests. We have another booking on Santorini, I fear in advance that this will be another waste of money. An unreliable company that does not respect its customers enough to give a fair response, but just hides behind the internet. I would not recommend to anyone if you do not want to be nervous during your holiday or do not know where to put your money.

Terrable company,donā€™t use .we booked with them for a transfer from Gran Canaria airport to playa del ingles on the 16th April.2024. Received an email two days ago telling me the booking was cancelled. No reason given. Tried to contact several times , no contact number just an email address that doesnā€™t work. Found an email for the CEO. , but no response from him Happened to look at the reviews on trip adviser. They are shocking. Reviews on trust pilot are mostly fake. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID . AVOID . due to a booking error, I received an email from them telling me to make a new booking , and to email them with the old reference for a refund. I followed their instruction and now they are refusing to refund me , which means I have paid twice for 1 transfer . They have no contact number, so you can only email and they refuse to escalate to a manger .

We used your company on the outward and inward legs of our journey. The outward journey was fantastic we were met by a greeter in the airport who then escorted us to the waiting cars. I was glad to see the cars where what I had booked 2 X SUVs with enough room for us and all of our luggage as arranged. However, our return journey was not so good. A car arrived with barely enough space for passengers let alone luggage, we managed at a squeeze to get passengers and luggage on board and we were advised another such car would be along shortly. A few minutes later a car arrived to take the remaining four passengers to the airport. It was a very small car and not at all what I had booked. He had space for only one large piece of luggage and 2 small pieces of luggage and only 2 passengers. We were advised they would send another car within 10 minutes and all would be well. I was left behind with my 13-year-old to await this coming vehicle. After 10 minutes I received a phone call saying no car was coming, we exceeded the luggage limit and we were to fend for ourselves to ā€˜get a taxi or somethingā€™. I am certain (and have the booking documents to prove it) I booked 2 x SUVs with enough space for 4 passengers as well as 8 large cases AND 8 small cases PER VEHICLE. I was distraught to learn I had been abandoned in New York City alone with a child and your company showed no remorse for this. I was then forced to pay for a taxi even though I had prepaid your company to escort all of our party to and from the airport. I contacted your company who responded once where lies where told and no follow up since despite numerous emails

Awful company. We booked two taxis, one to collect us from Barcelona Airport and on to collect us from the hotel at the end of our holiday. Neither turned up. Customer service are a fight to get hold of and get any kind of response. They eventually agreed a refund of Ā£97 minus a cancellation fee we paid ( we did not cancel ) hoppa just did not fulfil their obligations. They have now only paid a refund of Ā£10. They will not answer my messages and emails. We will NEVER use hoppa again !

So I booked a return journey to my hotel in Barcelona from the airport, even though I had confirmation the night before my driver DIDNT turn up, no warning no call no nothing, , I had to arrange with the help of the hotel for a taxi at extra cost. I raised a complaint, heard nothing. Hoppa is by far one of the worst serviceā€™s Iā€™ve ever used in my life, my advice use them at your peril. I will never use them again and if I could give them a minus score I would, sadly I canā€™t, shame on you Hoppa youā€™ve lost a valuables customer forever.

(Booking Ref P1363057) Booked an airport transfer with Hoppa in Ismir. The collection on our arrival went perfectly. Great service. On the other hand, our return trip and subsequent customer service were shocking and non-existent. We received a text message from the local transfer company the day before our return trip to confirm the pickup time and location. (08:00 on Fri 15/12/23) Actual Text Received - (Tomorrow we will pick you up at 08:30. Please wait at the reception) At the time and location of the arranged pick-up, we sent this message to the local transfer company - (We are ready outside for you. Thanks.) We received this back - (Dear it is possible for you to take a taxi. The car have some problems. We will refund the money for taxi) So we got a taxi to the airport and provided a receipt of the cost to the local transfer company, they have yet to reply. 15/12/23 - We contacted Hoppa later that day, giving all details, screenshots of the message from and to the local provider and a copy of the taxi receipt. 20/12/23 - Hoppa replied stating they would refund 50% of the cost we paid them originally, which we were happy with. 28/12/23 - We contact Hoppa to chase the refund. 29/12/23 - Advised it would be 7 - 11 working days for the refund to be processed and show in our account. 12/01/24 - We contacted Hoppa again asking when the refund would be processedā€¦ā€¦ No reply. Please donā€™t use this company unless you are happy with no customer service if anything goes wrong.
