“Purchased a cooker after a few weeks melted knows. Grill pan sticks and the silicone feet on the glass top were full of sticky glue. Company keeps selling the same cooker with endless reviews with similar problems. Cheap manufacturing at high prices.”
“We had a freezer delivered and they took the old one away ,left the new one outside would not bring it in for us ,took the old one away scratched hell out of our new kitchen floor took a chunk out of our doorstep.
Made a complaint was passed from one person to another after 2 years we got nowhere they might sell good items but there customer service is unbelievably bad!!!”
