I have never in my almost 70 years had such poor quality leather in a shoe. With such a hot summer, I have barely worn them.

I bought a pair of sandals which where to big sent them back 26th July have not heard from hoitter no refund even though they arrived 2 days later sent recorded letter with details nothing. you wont get my custom again or recommend very disappointed.would still like my refund

Used Inpost for a return as requested by Hotter to be paid for by me incidentally. Their tracking system makes no sense to me and is not frequently updated. Cannot contact Hotter - no reply from emails or phone calls. I have spent ages on hold on several occasions. Do they ever answer queries? Quality of shoes nowhere near as good as they were. After using Hotter many times in the past will not do so again.

Visited Dorchester branch with shoes i bought there recently. After wearing a couple of times one shoe was rubbing on a toe causing a blister. I was very impressed with the attentive customer service I had from the assistant.For years I’ve been buying Hotter shoes and look forward to seeing this Winter’s range. I have now convinced my husband to buy Hotter shoes.

I bought wide fit sandals but when they arrived, the sole width seemed narrow. They had taken a week to arrive. The refund took over a week. I used the enclosed pre-paid label. Hotter deducted nearly £7 from the refund. Hotter, you have lost my custom.

I ordered some sandals, 2/8/22 they said delivery would be 15/8/22. They never came, so I contacted customer service by email. They did reply, and told me the shoes were unavailable. They released my funds back to me. I don't think the shoes were available in the first place! Very bad service so I Googled and apparently the company is up for sale....sounds like I was lucky in that I didn't lose my money.

Customer service non existent. Wife sent two pairs Shoes back ,got a credit for 1. No one replies to phone calls or answers emails but we are not going to let it drop. No more hotter shoes for us. Service gone right down hill.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. 8ta basically NONE EXISTING been calling their customer support team for 2 weeks now to no avail. Also sent various emails during the last few weeks and no response there yet. Baffling to say the least. Shame because you make nice shoes.

I bought 2 Pr of sandels 1 pair was fine so thought I would order another pair within the same week .I put on the second pr and tripped up twice on returning home I looked at them and the sole was not stuck down it was all coming away that was one wear. I sent them back with a letter saying how dangerous they were a young male on the phone said they had a 21 day policy to get my money back ?? How many people read there policy I.m on 21 days today still no refund ? I will never buy again from them they don't even know if they have recieved them and I have my post office returns receipt ??

I have returned a pair of shoes over a month ago and I am still waiting for a refund. Tried to contact Hotter several times both by email and phone. All emails were ignored and no one ever picks up the phone! Your customer service is appalling and I will not be ordering any shoes from Hotter any more.

Rubbish sandals (4 years old) and only worn 4/5 times. Worn one pair 2 weeks ago to a charity event during which the soles disintegrated and By the time I go home there was nothing left of the sole. Checked my other pair of sandals and these had gone the same way and I was able to pull chunks of the sole off as it had perished. All previous purchases of Hotter shoes were good. Took these shoe back to the shop and was told by the Manager that if you don't wear them much they will perish!! I had not worn these sandals much because of Covid19 restrictions and then only in the summer - who wears sandals in winter? Utter rubbish - what about people who own lots of shoes, or storage of shoes in shops and warehouses? So the manager took the shoes and threw them in the bin! I was furious at his attitude and e-mailed Hotter 10 days ago and was promised a reply within 24 hours - so far nothing. Dreadful business attitude in all respects.

I would not really give Hotter even one star. I ordered four pairs of shoes in May 2022. Two sets of return labels would not print out, which are essential for returning three pairs, such heavy items through the mail from the U.S. to the UK. It is now almost July and although the company has acknowledged receipt of the shoes, they have not refunded my money. I am out hundreds of dollars. The company will not respond to my queries, nor do they answer their US number. The quality of the product is not even all that great. If it is permissible to write this, I see this as nothing other than theft. I will continue to pursue Hotter. Please do share my email address. I have written confirmation from them that I have placed the relevant orders. I warn others. Do not consider making a purchase unless you wish to give your money away.

The quality is so poor. I've been a customer for years. Sent sandals back last week. Now another pair going back. Photo shows the difference in size and quality. So disappointed the one on right Maddy perfect. The left one Sol flimsy much narrower awful.

I have been wearing Hotter shoes for over 30 years and until recently haven't needed any . The last purchase was 2 or 3 years ago. What on earth has gone wrong !,! I bought a pair of Shoes online and they are not anywhere near the hotter I knew and loved . Very inferior leather, inner soles dreadful and the laces were very inferior too. I am really sad as I can no longer buy from them. I have returned the shoes today and hopefully will get a refund !!!

The metal loop on my shoes broke. I sent the pieces to Hotter for comment . thinking that the metal component should be made stronger / thicker . Their reply , among other things , suggested that I should refer the matter to the shop I bought them from . They did not tell me what the charge would be to supply replacement metal loop , or offer any other helpful advice how to solve the problem ! I can see their shoes are not durable nor do they offer a helpful after sales service . I asked for the broken part to be sent back to me . They undertook to do this but have failed to do so ! Most disappointing !

Although the sandals were wide, the bit in the middle between the 2 straps on the sides of my feet was hard and hurt so I returned them. The postage paid for delivery (£3.95) was not refunded and it cost an additional £2.50 to return the sandals. So trying on and returning uncomfortable sandals cost £6.45...I won't buy from them again. I'll get Pavers or Teva.

I have bought two pairs from Hotter and returned one as it was too hard and too lose. I have returned only a partial refund for the returned pair. Hotter can not count?! I have contacted the customer service where a bored, uninterested male said there is nothing he can do about it. Hotter still owns me 17.25 GBP. Luckily I have paid with Paypal, so will file a claim with them. I will never buy from this company ever again.

Brochure showed the shoes I wanted had been reduced by £20 pounds and had an insert giving another 20% off with a code. As the shoes are comfortable but usually extortionately expensive, I rang to place an order only to be told the code didn’t apply as it had already been taken off! Not the first time I have had issues with Hotter due to misleading offers. It has been a while since I bought anything from them because of this, but I see they haven’t changed their questionable advertising methods.

!!!I LOVE HOTTER SHOES!!! I have purchased over a dozen pair since finding out about them in 2018, not just for myself, but for my husband and mother. Sometimes the wait time has been longer, BUT it's always worth the wait. Thank you for making such wonderfully made, good quality shoes that fit so much better than American brands and every pair I purchased is worth every penny I spent, thanks again!
