“Most of the 5 star reviews they have online are penned by their staff. The usual T Pilot review site cares not one jot about this - despite me pointing out the obviousness of it (they big up their colleagues by name so blatantly). I still care though as they were utterly dysfunctional in trying to let my property out and when i had to ditch them they refused to refund anything - even the 'add ons' like inventory creation they they hadn't even done yet (and its a subcontract...). The pictures of the flat were terrible, the comms were NON existent - ALL prospective tenants have a few questions to relay after all. A truly miserable and awful service - probably the worst I have ever encountered in my life from anyone anywhere.. And it cost me £600 for NOTHING. I had to use a high st agent that got the job done in 3 days... Simply do not use them and teach them that proper customer service reaps rewards in business but their shoddy treatment of myself and hundreds of others has cost them tens of thousands in turnover as I wont let them get away with such contempt.”
