As for any unanswered emails, we only have the email that you sent the same day this was posted (at 5:34) and one sent shortly after (at 5:40). Please note our website does state that it can take us up to 24 hours to reply on business days.

“I have purchased many products from RYOT and have been happy with them. Several months ago a purchased a "mini" grinder by mistake. I really wanted the full size one. I returned the "mini" along with a copy of the purchase order and reordered the full size grinder which I received (and paid for). To this day have not a credit or refund for the returned product. ????”
“The unit broke almost immediately. The heat generated by the small metal tip doesn’t allow for any use of the features it was bought for. I was given a base unit from a friend and it worked better than the premium unit i purchased. The concept behind this is stellar, just need a better execution. Tip; use a metal sleeve cases in thin wood instead of threading the wood. This is going to be a point of failure every time. Will continue to use the stock piece that doesn’t thread out, as it’s uncomplicated and steadfast.”

“This one missed the mark. The hole wasn’t drilled out enough, making the bat get stuck. I needed a needle nose plies to get it out. Wrecked the tip of the bat, tried another one, thinking it might be the bat, and the 2nd one got stuck. It looked great, but ended up in the garbage.”
