“Very impressed by the service. Excellent communication throughout, including prior to the pick up to confirm my requirements for baggage and flights. Very friendly driver service to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey with unexpected extras such as coffee en route. I was also kept informed about my flight throughout, including ensuring that I had checked in without delays.”

“Changed to Premier because the company I've always used was sold and the new company never turned up for an airport collection for a friend. Having spoken to several companies that specialise in airport drop offs and pick ups Premier was by far the more professional and within minutes all the travel details were confirmed in writing. They arrived 10 minutes early, the taxi was clean the driver was polite and friendly. There was a change into which terminal we flew and the company sent an email confirming all was in hand. The same driver was waiting for us and helped with the luggage. I will definitely use Premier again and have recommended them to my friends.”

“Excellent, friendly service. Extremely professional and reliable. Cars are always clean. Best taxi and meet and greet service I have used, would happily recommend. I have complete trust in Justin and his team, when picking up and dropping off my daughters from airports. They are always courteous.”

“Used Premier taxis for the first time and got a great service. Asked for a 5pm pickup on a Sunday and the driver was there at 5pm to take us to a Heathrow airport. Coming back eight weeks later we landed at Heathrow late but Justin was there waiting for us and gave us a great comfortable journey home. A very professional, friendly Company and would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“Premier Airport Taxis is an excellent company. The service is impeccable, extremely professional but also friendly and welcoming. The cars we have had so far have been of a high standard and spotlessly clean. Punctuality is first rate and it is always good to see the driver waiting for you at Arrivals on your return from holiday. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Catherine Morgan”

“The service provided on this occasion, and I have to say on all other times I have used the company too, was very prompt and efficient, in terms of getting me to my destination in a timely manner. The driver was extremely courteous and professional both in appearance and manner. Good to be treated with respect and politely. “Premier Airport Taxis is the only service I now use, for professional and holiday travel transport to Heathrow, East Midlands or Birmingham or for transport to business meetings across the Midlands. Justin and his drivers are always on time, highly professional and put your needs first. i really enjoy giving a local Leicester company my business, but I give them my business because they are excellent at what they do.”

“Booked our taxi for our holidays in the first two weeks of August. I like to be organised so i booked it months ago. Justin took all the necessary details and when i text him nearer the time i was reassured by his rapid response. The drivers arrived on time and were extremely courteous and helpful. on our return the taxi had to wait a long while for us as the luggage took almost an hour to come out but he didn't complain at all, just took my very heavy suitcase out of my hand and walked us to the car. we found Premier Taxis to be good value for money, they provided a very good service and i would't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. And when we need another airport taxi, these will be who I will book. Thank you Premier Airport Taxis.”
