“Went to the warehouse not realising online only but received a very warm welcome by the owner. Granddaughter's feet expertly measured by another member of staff and chosen shoes checked well. Excellent service. Went away very happy!”

“I’ve been looking for scuff proof school shoes for my 8 year old daughter as she’s very heavy footed but as she’s an adult size 5, this has proved to be impossible until now. Rubber textured toes, leather uppers, Velcro fasteners, great price & free very fast delivery! This will be the only place I’ll use from now on, thank you for being the answer to my prayers! 🙏🙏”

The order should definitely have been quality checked before dispatch and our warehouse team is normally highly efficient in spotting any issues. Unfortunately this didn't happen on this occasion, we have since reviewed this with our warehouse team to prevent it from happening again. In regards to the returns postage, we delivered your item to a UK address, and we were more than happy to provide a free return if the item was being posted back to us from a UK address. The decision to have the item forwarded on to Singapore was your own, and we cannot accept any responsibility for the costs of returning from Singapore. We thank you for your patience and cooperation whilst we investigated this for you and can confirm we have issued you with a full refund for the original order.
