Overall I thing bidding is great, however, I also think that bidding is not fair. I had several backup offers that have not been honored. Most recent, 731 Irvington. Chester, PA

This organization participates in retaliatory behavior if you complain about anything or anyone and will rip the rug out from under you at the 11th hour just when you think you bought a house with nonsense and attempt to keep your deposit and blame it on you.

Hubzu's document processor is located oversea in India, which is about 9 hrs different time zone. Therefore, it is very difficult to get a response from the document processor. it is special frustrating especially when the contract need to be signed in timing manner. Hubzu's customer support on the other hand is actually extremely helpful and helps me to push the document processor to respond to my email and answer the questions i have regarding to the contract.

I was the highest bidder for a property that had No Reserve Shown, neither was there a symbol on the website that alerted me as to any mention of reserve not being met after I was the highest final bidder. I received an email stating that I was the highest bidder, my offer was under review and it could take up to a week to hear back whether my winning bid was accepted. After many calls and contact with agents, I still had no answer from Hubzu. I called my bank today and had all credit card transactions frozen through Hubzu, wouldn't you know I finally heard back from Hubzu today as well. Again both things happened in the same day, this does not sound like a coincidence, more like fraud. They held the hold on my account and never let me know what was happening for almost 4 weeks. This message came today 8/7/20 We're sorry to inform you that your bid for property ID 00016121853 has been rejected by the seller. SIgned.. Disgusted with HUBZU

they are improving and get to settlement, little strict in way they behave. I have had the US mails lose certified checks and Hubzu sees the tracking number, but would not cut slack to give time to solve issues. Fortunately buyer had an extra 9500 laying around.

Couldn't resolve simple login issues today in a timely manner. Called several times, tried chatting online, sent 3 emails with responses of we will get back to you....when time is of the essence in a professional real estate world, Hubzu falls far short. I could more easily reset my IRS login than this website's.

The bid process was easy, but would love to have online support or live chat more readily available! The first time to bid for myself as an agent and for my buyer. We will see how it goes!

You have to work with them patient and respect between you and then , though they don't answer calls but they do work with you step by step till closer through emails They will answer all your emails till final payment of your bid amount. Hubzu company and all their teim members are good Follow all their instructions and you will get a house
