“Same experience as everyone else. This site pretends to be a local company selling quality products, when in reality they sell cheap "aliexpress" style products at a mark up.
It will take quite a bit of time to arrive.
I ordered the mosquito killer machine, and the next day my credit card was compromised. That may not be related, but I didn't buy from anywhere else new that I can think of.

“These people are total scammers! I bought a car vacuum cleaner from their website and never received it. Even when I ordered it, I got No order confirmation emails from them, No tracking #, nothing. Because of that, I had a sketchy feeling about ordering from them right off the bat, unfortunately I was right. “Good luck with getting your order or great service. Prior experience was great however they're using COVID as an excuse to not ship orders. I ordered directly through their website 5/1; I gave them the benefit of the doubt by allowing another 14 business days to pass.. 4 weeks in total. I've had to recall my Amazon Pay and request a chargeback. No personable communication or response. They won't allow for you to leave Amazon, Google or public reviews. I'm starting to think they're a chinese company disguised as based in the US. SMH.”
“I discovered a typo in the shipping address after ordering a product. I contactacted HH about the problem, was told to handle directing with USPS. 10 weeks later still no product delivered, and HH has been radio silent despite multiple attempts to email into them. And they still kept the money for the product. I'll be reporting this to my credit card company as fraud. Ended up getting the same product via Amazon for nearly half the price. Save yourself the hassle and the ridiculously long shipping timeframe and go with an online retailer you know.”

“My 1st experience with dealing with HH was quite pleasurable even though on receiving my package of 3 tiny glass angels one was broken. I contacted HH by email immediately and with communication back and forth a couple of times which was great indeed !! I ended up receiving a refund for the broken angel. I was very happy with the communication from customer service and I would buy from them again if something caught my eye. Communication is a wonderful thing and is great for any business to gain a good name.”
“I don't know who they're paying to get good reviews about their customer service, but I'm still waiting for a tracking number and being told it could take another 15-20 days before I even find out HOW it will be shipped...(hearing "IF" it will be shipped). Requests for info all week have turned into automated messages with lots of ads telling me how they're giving me "special" discounts if I hurry up and give them more money. Sketchy at best. I'm probably never going to see my money nor the product. I'm a science teacher and will have to order somewhere else now just to be sure I have it before we need it. Will NEVER order from them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all!”
“My order disappeared somewhere between China and Canada. After 11 days of no tracking updates, I contacted them to ask them to either find the package, send it again, or refund my money. All they did is tell me it was in transit and link to the tracking information. In other words they answered with the information I had already given them. They did that twice. I asked them to stop insulting my intelligence and do something. After that they quit answering altogether. I still have no package, no refund, and no help. Never again. And they kept sending me promotional emails well after the 48 hours after I unsubscribed. I am flagging them as spam.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I had to give at least one. I ordered “heated socks” because we have terrible winters here and have a farm, it was for a Christmas gift. It is now early February and I’ve received NOTHING. Mind you, I had emailed them multiple times before only to finally receive an email back after weeks with them telling me my order was delivered. I live off the road in the country where none of our other packages showing up daily got stolen, this one definitely never made it to my house. So finally they tell me they’ll re ship it. It’s been close to another month since that email, my package hasn’t left a facility in China since January 26th and it is now February 8th. Never shop from this company, not only do you not get your packages you paid an arm and a leg for, they don’t seem to care to get back to emails with genuine concerns.”
“Oh Lord, Wish I had seen all the reviews first. I ordered on Dec. 3 as a Christmas gift. Item is still not here on Jan. 16. Tracking number still shows info for Dec. 23 that it is someplace in China! Fool me once, shame on you. There will never be another order from me and I am complaining loud and long to anyone and everyone to avoid this company like the plague. However, all they have to do is shut down, change their name and continue with the same unconscionable practices which include not showing that they are based in and shipping from China until it's too late. “I placed my order November 10,2018. A tracking number was issued. Canada Post notified an expiry on the tracking order. I emailed Humble Household Support. Provided Order Number when asked. Have not heard back yet. I called Canada Post. They are not able to assist as there are no details identifying my order. They suggested Humble Household contact them to initiate an investigation. I even sent out a follow up email inquiring an update on my order status regarding successful shipment. No response. Still no delivery after more than one month. Eight items at a grand total of $103.60.”

“DO NOT order from this site it’s a complete scam. I ordered angel wind chimes. They came in pieces all broken and cannot Be put together. It’s cheap plastic and the earrings are so small they will go right through the piercing hole. That’s another order in my mistake.”
