“I ordered an item from this outfit two weeks ago. The item was intended to be a Christmas present. It has not yet arrived, and clicking on the tracking number only reveals that it left China and is "in transit." (I had not known it was coming from China or I would not have ordered it.) When I emailed them to query the status, they only responded by asking for the order number, which was plainly visible in the subject line. I sent a second email providing the order number. No response.”
“Thinking of ordering something? Go elsewhere! Ordered two items for Christmas on Dec. 4; they never arrived. Tried to track them with app provided by Humble Household's rep that proved to be malware. Finally contacted my credit card company to stop payment and dispute the matter for me. Just stay away from this business!”

Most companies would recognize that this is important information to know BEFORE you order - but, of course, scam companies count on you being too busy to cancel your order.
