“Very disappointed to only receive part of my order , subsequently contacted company who informed me that cctv footage will confirm packaging !!! This does not help me as when opened only part received and I must say I didn’t think to look at packaging so didn’t notice any tampering!! I well I’ve never experienced this before and I do a lot of online ordering! I need the second purchase for a young child’s school requirement! Very annoyed and I’m going to expect th m to rectify this for me as I’m out of pocket !!!!”

“Placed an order on 26th January and to this day 12tg February I cannot get my purchase or refund. Spoke to a very rude call agent called Amy who was adamant the address error was caused by me the purchaser. Will get my bank to reimburse me and will advise everyone I know to stay well clear from the cowboy outfit.”
