“Couldn't recommend Hybrid more. It's not your ordinary gym, not your ordinary workouts and it's definitely not your ordinary people. While the likes of pure gym can be an intimidating place to train, under the glare of someone else wanting to use that squat rack you're using, the team training at Hybrid really is a "team" affair. Craic, encouragement and support every day you train, and that's just from your fellow members... The same, and more, can be said for the coaches.
Lenny and PJ have created and nurtured an amazing place and atmosphere and Coaches Andrew, Megan, Róisín and Stevo make it easy to show up every day and enjoy the workouts... As much as you do hate them a little bit during burpees! The results they get are proven and they have all sorts of folk lifting heavy stuff and putting it back down every day!
