There website states the cut off date for delivery before Xmas using standard postage was 16th December, they also state that they endeavour to dispatch on the same day, so you would expect if they can dispatch on the same day it would be the next right?
WRONG! I ordered on 11th December and my order wasnāt dispatched until the 16th December, so it took them 5 days just to dispatch! And to make matters worse, even though the whole of the UK know Royal Mail have been striking throughout December, this bunch of numpties send my parcel via Royal Mail, not only slow and late to dispatch but then send via a method (Royal Mail) which is pretty much guaranteed to NOT arrive before Christmas.
I placed a large order of items (11 items) So now my daughter is going to have practically nothing to open because of the incompetence of these numpties, the power of social media is real and I will be making full use of every available resource to ensure that everyone knows to AVOID this company like the plague! Thanks Hype, you really have lived up the the āHypeā and ruined my daughters Christmas wishes!!”
“Not sure why I cannot allow 0 stars absolute joke of a company who rip off famous brands like palm angels, burberry, north face then change it to a hype logo and alter it etc. There is no originality or fundamentals when it comes to running a company or desiging a product. They steal ideas, their designers are a joke ripping popular brands off. They also scam people with the mystery boxes and so on. Saying they are worth Ā£249.00 marked down to Ā£59.99 its a joke. None of the items in the lucky dips are in season and its from pallets of stock that has been held over 3 years or more, as they cannot shift the stock. They always overbuy and then discount their clothing. It's almost a sale brand hype its cheap and tacky. I would recommend avoiding giving your money to these scammers. The bosses details change that regularly as a way to shift money through the business via various other ltd company's they have set up. FRAUDSTERS here are located in wigston LE18 chartwell drive is their main online warehouse. Their HQ is at Europa house newton lane wigston. I would not recommend ordering from this website. What they do with the returns policy also is not legally fair. You are entitled to your money back in your bank account. They word it saying you cannot receive a refund. It is not permitted in any company if you have returned the goods then you are entitled to a monetary refund simple as that. They are a company operatiing under the trade name just hype ltd. The actual company name is TOATEE LTD. (But may also be known as JUST HYPE IT LTD.) The directors - Well the fraudsters shall we say. They have recently announced that they have to let their workforce go by upto 50% due to not enough profit being made. I am still in touch with a few people who work there. The way they have handled the redundancy process also is breaking the law. Getting everybody signing new contracts and then emailed them to say they would now be facing redundancies. This is very similar to the way hermes did it to their staff. They then closed the company and re opened under the name EVRI. This company has bad management and owners. I would never say to anyone work here. You are treated as a numpty and told you are thick etc. The online manager is a PIG aswell, one christmas party I attended he was out trying to grab my hand etc and almost got caught, that he knocked a drink over. One other thing you make a point and bring it to attention they get nervy and make you stand down. They also threaten and abuse you with the words I'LL SACK YOU to intimedate the staff. I know this as a customer service worker that used to work here at JUSTHYPE. We were told we could only refund upto Ā£2'000 a day in store credit. Refunds were a no go and alternative product or similar item was to be offered in exchange. The owners think they are flashy with bribes to the staff of pizzas and other takeaway foods in order to get them to work faster. This is done sporadicly when they take enough sales online. I am glad I am out of there this company is a joke and full of suspicious activity. Watchdog should be informed of these and shut them down for fraudulent activity. PEOPLE DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE SPEND IT ON DECENT PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE. share with your friends and family do not lose out on your money for some cheaply made imitation of clothing. JUST FRAUD is what they should be called.”

“They lie about international shipping and prices saying custom fees are at the checkout 'Orders shipped outside of United Kingdom may incur an import and custom fee, where these charges will be collected at the time on checkout. They are trying to catch people on buying their stuff at the same prices as you'd get at local shop and you get nasty surprise like customs, which retailer does not show at the check out or even mention that there will be required customs clearance. “Worst company I purchased products from online. The are delaying the refund process and contacting you after 14 days period to say they just received your items so only exchange possible or store credit. Make sure you sent items with tracking number. Other time, I needed to reach out to them asking where is my refund as it has been already 30 days since they received items. Again, I needed to prove the items were delivered to them. Finally, after purchasing some products it turned out they are not having them in stock anymore. Instead of refunding money straight away, they send you email asking if you want to purchase anything else for that price. Joke, not a serious company.”
“The program is not a good program, It's no structure at all,They need a Life skills class for people leaving the program,They have no where to go and nothing to do,The stick People right back in the madness,The instructors there are not good at all,The food is no good,They have no cameras in the class rooms,They have people trying to commit suicide, Doing drugs in the sober houses,The Van is packed there is not any room for everybody,Some of the house people are never at the house when things are going on,This place needs a lot of work,If you are looking for a program with a lot of structure,You should go too the healing place in Richmond VA..I was there for 4 months...”
“I ordered several items for Xmas, though sadly, one item (baby blue Tracksuit) never arrived (though it stated on the invoice it had)
I emailed HYPE immediately, on the 6/12/21 & following two more emails, they replied & stated they would need to open an investigation which I immediately agreed too, though sadly, to date, I have not received an outcome, or a refund & my last few emails + photographic proof of weight package, have been ignored.
I will never buy from HYPE again & will now seek legal advice Re my refund.
