What a PATHETIC service from Hyperli!!!Why bother to share your email for contact if you're not going to reply for days. A SCAM!!! Placed an order and haven't received anything,after reading the reviews,I have no hope at all. Ridiculous

I have been waiting for my order for 15 working days now, there is no communication from them. I will never buy anything from them again after receiving my order, if I receive it.

I purchased two spa vouchers and the spa is not taking any hyperli bookings and also not getting any responses on my email sent to hyperli. poor service no contact nr and no refunds from any of the two parties. This is fraud and will be handled as such.

Worse company to deal with - I cannot even say deal with because no one ever gets back to you or you are not treated like a customer - DO NOT ORDER FROM HYPERLI, they will just scam you

i placed an order on the 23rd of November for a product around R8000. I have not received any information from Hyperli as yet. My Order still says processing since the 23rd. I have sent numerous emails to them with no response. there are no assurances from their side. I wish there was someone who can take the site down. Innocent hard-working people are getting scammed out their money and nothing is being done about it. please can someone tell me how to report a site. hyperli is the biggest scammers. please people do research before buying from online comapnies that are not reputable. disappoint and heart sore

I bought a fat burning treatment from the online store. Only to discover the wellness clinic meant to provide it doesn't exist. Its a scam. They lured me in to go there and showed me cameras to prove my physical presence at the place. Then redeemed my voucher without providing the services. In the process I was insulting and treated like trash. 1. This is a scam, there is no wellness clinic and I was not given the treatment. 2. When I asked what the treatment entails, that is when i was told am rude and have an attitude. From only trying to understand what I will be getting as a service. 3. She kept on referring to "the product" but not sharing what it is exactly 4. I went there and no laser equipment on site. 5. The lady started conflict intentionally, in order to avoid giving the treatment. 6. She fraudulently redeemed the voucher without rendering the service. 7. She threatened me with police, lawyers, when i insisted on my refund or treatment. 8. She treated me worse that how black people were treated during apartheid. 9. If her services are not for black people, she must state it upfront. No human being deserves to be treated the way I was treated. 10. I wish her healing because she is demonic. I am having distressing payment issues which I haven’t had before and also after contacting my bank to ensure everything is fine my side but I get no response from Hyperli and their is no contact number nice. Very frustrated and upset!

I haven't used it yet, the delivery home was ridiculously long, I waited 10 days for delivery. Not sure I will purchase from hyperli again.

I accidentally purchased a Samsung S23 instead of a Samsung S23 Ultra. I notified Hyperli immediately on receipt of the item. They absolutely refused to return the item but am happy to sell me another phone!

Placed an order on hyperli 21 April 2023. Till today, 12 June i have only received half of mentioned order. I have emailed and called. Receive automated reply that someone will be in contact shortly. Nobody ever contacts. When trying to request a refund the site is conveniently not available. Pathetic service. Will never again use this site and advise everyone i know to not order from here.

Bought a CPO iPhone on the 25 May 2023, i received it today 10 June 2023 all excited, only to switch on the phone and it requires a Pin Code that i wasnt given to, i am very disappointed.

I placed an order on May 25 (ORDER #482025). 11 days later no communication as to when my order will be delivered, searching the website there is no contact number. I am here wondering if I am scammed.

Hi bought a voucher from hyperli on the 29th May booked with the selected place only to be told today on the 2nd June that they will have to cancel my booking less than 24 hours due to them not being paid. Now I can't get through to anyone from hyperli they have no contact details and my account says it does not exist after I requested a refund. Can I be contacted and refunded immediately this is unacceptable. They are able to send me promo emails but can't find my account on a refund request!!!

Hi Hyperli ORDER #480006 I’ve tried more than 3 times to request a refund I believe it goes through and gives me the a pop up that says : Refund request submitted. Please check your email. But unfortunately I haven’t received any emails to confirm my refund and when I check the order it doesn’t show that I requested a refund. One of your staff member(khanya) emailed me and I gave her all the information but she has since been quiet I’ve emailed her more than twice but she hasn’t replied it’s now been a week and I’ve also just received communication of my order being in transit. I just want my refund. Can you please assist

Is Hyperli still a running business because I m not understanding. Firstly I've been a customer for years and had R120 in my wallet. Suddenly this gets made a voucher. I attempt to log into my account, apparently it no longer exists?? How??? When you just emailed me the voucher a few days ago??? Anyway, I decide to then use my voucher to purchase something because now im getting suspicious. From the day I purchased the headsets I purchased till date I have not received any communication. No tracking number for my order. Nothing. I'm reading reviews and it looks like Hyperli is not a functioning business anymore. All the responses to reviews are copy and paste. I've tried emailing and as you guessed it, no response. What the hell is going on? If you're gonna give me the copy and paste answer, please don't bother.
