Ergonomic, easy to use, good design but signal cuts out a little too easy for liking though. If not would have given 5 stars.

We’re not the quality of sound that I expected. Especially if the price of the headphones were meant to be £170! You can hear the music if you do not have the ear phones.

Was very happ when receiving the air buds but after a week and abit the right ear bud doesn’t work which is a shame because I had a couple of mates wanting a pair aswell

Terrible did not respond to any of my emails about getting a refund. Information available about it is hidden on the site. Not worth the buy - invest in real ones

Item was faulty when it arrived. Airbuds wireless bluetooth.They were i10 tws as a brand.Not ipro7 fault however Googled item name on box for full instructions. Item sold elsewhere for under £8.00 yet ipro7 charged £29.99, also when returning faulty item they expect the customer to pay for postage they will not give prepaid label. This is disgusting. Not even a return on the postage once item checked is actually faulty!! My advice is AVOID this company incase you need to return faulty item and obviously overcharge.

Bought air pods but returned them un used, immediately because I didn’t like them. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t heard anything back from i7Pro.com and probably never would have, if I didn’t email them to enquire about my refund. I checked the Royal Mail tracker and found out that they had received the item back the day after I’d posted it, but they still wanted me to provide proof of postage, before I was eventually issued a refund. Seems like i7Pro.com have a nice little scam going on, make the customer chase up their refund, but if you can’t prove you returned the item, you don’t get one.

Nightmare purchase !the customer service is non existent and unable to contact . Eventually got the earphones and they were faulty and very cheap plastic . Still no refund and a young teenager is out of pocket . Scam company and don’t buy from them / him

Came in the time frame given. Very good sound quality with easy set up. Touch controls take time to get used to as they are sensitive.
