I just can't believe the pricey tat they are showing. Who buys this stuff? People with more money than sense. The few presenters from the past look embarrassed to be there. I think this channels days are numbered .

Both Ideal World and TJC are now really naff - I believe they are run by the same company? I used to buy a lot from both channels years ago, but now they just sell tat - and the new presenters are awful! Pretty embarrassing all round; I can't believe they will last much longer.

Just dreadful! Presenters seem unable to string more than a few words together and (understandably) struggle to talk about something like an eyebrow brush for an entire programme. Goods are overpriced & look as if they've fallen off the back of a lorry. Used to be an IW shopper but no more, its embarrassing to watch!

What people don't realise is that ideal world was sold to a company called TJC who bought the channel and equipment as Ideal world is not the old company but a new one and unless the previous owner buys it back its not going to happen.

I've watched the new version of ideal world and can honestly say that I've never seen such a load of rubbish being sold

Ordered a fleece blanket hoodie never came they told me lies that it was my paypal account paypal say they got the money on 24/1/2023 now ideal world have come clean after all their rubbish and say the order is cancelled due to supplier shortage still have not got my money refunded just shocking JF

Told that a third party company had gone into liquidation so the warrant was void, scandalous company, AVOID!!

Bought product money confirmed taken out of bank account but product stayed in basket went on chat, doesn't work, so emailed back and forth, then got reply forwarded to head office reply will take two days, so not only robbed but list a working day chasing up,

I did an order on the 25th June for 4 Solar lights. Told order despatched to EVRi to delivery depot but told order delayed. Replacement order sent 9th July and exactly same thing happened. After again inquiring about my order asked to give 2 days to be delivered. Didn't happen so asked again for it to be sorted and believe it or not asked to give another 2 days. Tried chat lines and that really was a waste of time so decided to ring a talk personally to someone and after discussion about all events I was told that the item was now out of stock. Believe it or not I have just been on the ideal world site at 10.57am and there's the item for ordering. Somebody really needs to get a grip of this organisation.

If leanard can replace wrong items sent to me asap he did on his computer why can Luxary replace again wrong items sent to me saying it’s up to the warehouse to make that decision !! What I’ve paid for 3 bengaline trousers but I must take it to Asda which I have no problem only parking ticket to be paid for and you won’t help me with your mistake then to confuse me more Luxary said they will refund me !!! I just want a replacement so how can 2 customer service agents have different rules !!!! And as a customer I’m still blocked because I made a mistake on their credit easy pay ? Which I can’t remember as I’ve always from years ago always paid and been a good customer so things don’t change !!! I felt there was no understanding from customer agent today unlike last time

Had to have a new card, wow what a nightmare, the amount of emails I have sent to them now, paid over the phone for my order twice, then they said they haven’t had the payment even though it’s come out of my bank, and I’ve sent them the statement’s, this company is a joke!! I think trading standards now,

Carries on from my previous posy. Have decided yo record the phone conversations from now on as we just go round in circles. Spent over 20 mins on the phone trying get someone to understand that they cant the payments from eight flexipays that cleared and paid off. Lastest excuse is that there are trchnicL problems with the payments system. I can't even update my card details online as the system just throws me back to the old card. The most unhelpful comment was the fact that it was all very odd!! You don't say. Fear not though. I agreed to give them time to call me back today. Within the hour. Even gave out my home number just to be on the safe side. Oh it's five hours later. Still waiting for that call. At least they have now managed to take an extra payment for Flexi Pay that cleared off.

I bought a watch from Ideal World I was told it would be with me in 3-4 days I got a email from them 4 days later saying it had been despatched, 2 days later I had to ring them to find out where it was and was told it would take a further 2-3 days and was given a tracking number, I have been on Hermes racking app and the number was invalid, I have been emailing them today telling them I want my watch and got message back saying it was on its way but could take another 4-5 days and was given another tracking number different from the first 1, I have been on the Hermes tracking app number is fine but they haven't got my watch yet they still waiting for it to be delivered to them from Ideal world but I had an email from Ideal world saying it was on its way. I will never ever use Ideal world or should it be unideal world again and would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. I have told them I am going to take legal advice about this and I am going to report them to trading standards

I recommended your company to an OAP couple to purchase a mattress, as I had brought one from yourselves. They purchased the mattress and received it 3-4 weeks ago, it was fine until it developed a big lump in the middle. I suggested they contact your customer service dept which they did, and I feel they haven’t been treated with the respect and dignity they should have. They were told to send the mattress back, well 2 things spring to mind, firstly these mattresses come in a box, secondly they are OAP’s and the husband is disabled and very very poorly, so how on earth is this going to happen? They were promptly told to wrap it because if it was return to your company dirty from transit they would not get a replacement or a refund, how in hells name do you expect a OAP lady to be able to do this on her own? So bless her she’s had to go and purchase at her own expense a full mattress cover to put it in, then to top this your customer service have said that it will take approximately 10 days before you receive it and inspect it, then they will have to wait for your decision before you will either replace or refund them, so this means they are going to have to sleep on the floor for approximately anything upto 3-4 weeks, they are OAP’s and the husband is I repeat DISABLED for goodness sake where is your customer service? All they keep being told is that this is your policy, may I make a suggestion that you review your policy in circumstances like this, you expect a lady on her own of a certain age to be able to do what your asking, I’m sure you have REPS that could quite frankly visit this couple and resolve the problem so that they do not have to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR WHILE YOU SORT THIS MATTER OUT. I feel bad because I recommended your Company to them and this is tragic how it’s turned out, please for goodness sake have some respect for this couple, I await your earliest reply to this matter with great interest. Thank you

The promise of a 90 night trial when purchasing a mattress does not exist. They expect you to roll and vacuum pack in original packaging which is impossible. Also promise " ideal world will come and pick up free of charge".you need to purchase packaging and arrange and pay collection through Hermes. Do not believe flexi pay, they took the full amount from my account a d lied about the reason why. I now have a mattress that was misrepresented by the presenter therefore cannot use and I am £360 out of pocket. Please do not deal with this company once they ha e your money they are so rude and ignore you.

Beware Feedback Calls From Ideal World Over the course of several years I have bought items from Ideal World and generally have been satisfied with the products and the delivery of those items. I have not had an occasion to return any of the items bought. I do though agree with other comments relating to the Blue Magic cleaner. It is ok as a general cleaner for the bathroom etc. but doesn't perform in the way it is demonstrated on TV. Useless on cleaning an oven for example. This review though is to warn about a supposed feedback call that may be received. I had a call from a lady with an east European accent saying she was ringing to see if the product I ordered had arrived and was all everything ok. She then went on to say that as a regular customer I was being rewarded with a credit of £5 added to my account. She then went on to tell me that I would be receiving a free Supercard that would entitle me to discounts via many retailers. The call lasted sometime and it was only when I suggested there would be a cost to this card that she told me it was free for just two weeks after which a sum close to £100 would AUTOMATICALLY BE TAKEN. At this point, and with the tone of the call, I suspected it may be a scam call. I sent an email to Ideal World and received a prompt reply to confirm the call was from Ideal World and that they have removed me from the promotional call list. This is a very underhand way of selling and many people, especially some of the elderly, will be conned into taking up this offer and then find they are massively out of pocket. I have suggested to Ideal World that they should review this method of selling. They are making unsolicited calls and getting around that by claiming it is a feedback call relating to purchased items. BEWARE.

Avoid at all cost. Mum ordered plants sent via postal service. Insufficient packaging to protect plants so damaged on arrival. Ideal World want a JPEG picture of them. You know what they can do with their JPEG picture. Happy to rip off a 76 year old pensioner in these current times.

It’s the worst service I never had, I ordered an items from them which they never arrived to my address ! when I sent them an email they don’t get back to me quick as it supposed to be it takes more than a week to reply to my email, That’s unprofessional service, ideal world is Rubbish

Order a Momasa plant died they said it was hardy trying to get money back had to send photo of plant to be told it not hardy and keep it in the sun i am well in my 30 days never buy onther plant from them wouldnt of given 1 star but had to to get to Wright the review
