“The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly! I am astounded at the quality for the price, very impressed. I am most humbled because the dress arrived from a Ukrainian address days before the Russian invasion. I have been worried for the dressmaker that crafted this gorgeous dress for me to wear to my Daughter's wedding, and have been offering prayers daily for her/his safety.”

“I always buy dresses from Igigi and every single dress has fit perfectly. The reason I gave a good rating and not a great rating is because the dress didn't fit as well as the others. It was the right size, but I believe it was not right for my shape and height. I still got a lot of compliments. It's still a beautiful dress... with pockets. 😊”

“I ordered a beautiful red evening gown in January. The dress was shipped on Feb. 17 -- just one week before the Russian invasion of the Ukraine on Feb. 24. Despite the chaos in the world, the dress arrived well in advance of my event on March 25. It was beautifully made. Just perfect! The pricing and delivery were far better than I imagined. My heart breaks for all in harm's way, and my prayers are with the staff of IGIGI. I will wear this dress again with pride, knowing that it represents the devotion of a wonderful designer and her talented team of seamstresses and staff. I hope to order again from IGIGI. Your personal sacrifices touch my heart in a way that you cannot imagine. Please keep us updated on the status of your company and your people as and when you can.”

“I am overjoyed! My Francesca dress is simply gorgeous. I ordered mine with sleeves, V-neck and in tea length and it looks and fits amazing. And my favorite designer is back! So happy to hear that Yulya is back at IGIGI!! Without her this brand was just not the same. My old IGIGI dresses last me a decade and look great. The quality here is unmatched and are an investment. I am Very happy with my dress and I love the new customization service.”

“I LOVED my custom Igigi dress. I already own 4 dresses that I have worn for years and when the new custom service became available I decided to try it out. The wait was a little long, the dress arrived in 32 days, but it was completely worth it. I normally have to alter my dresses to my 5'4" height, they always tend to be longer than I like, but not this time. The fit and length were perfect.”

“Shipping was fast and the price was right with a coupon I had. I purchases the dress for a wedding and received lots of compliments. It's a very flattering cut; although, it was a bit long and I am 5'8" and wore a kitten heal, so just a fair warning there.”

“In the past your sizing has been spot on but for some reason over the past year plus ever time I order I have to return because you have changed your sizing. Very frustrated over this as I love your fabric and styles . I have 6 of your dresses all before the big change . Since you have changed I can't get them to fit right. Frances Wiemann”

“I placed an order on July 5, 2022 for a custom dress for an event on July 15th. The dress was shipped out FedEx and has been sitting in Memphis, Tennessee for approximately 6 weeks. I spoke to FedEx customer service rep Carlos. He advised me that IGIGI needed to contact them in order to resolve an issue with customs. I reported these details to the igigi support team July 31. They were not helpful because they did not seem to comprehend that the dress was to be delivered to my address in Maryland, not Tenessee. Support asked me for directions to my home. I told them in writing that the dress is in the wrong state. They asked for patience, it is 4 weeks later and I still don’t have my purchased item and have not been provided any status as to when it will be delivered. This is extremely unacceptable as I paid significantly for this purchase. This company does not accept accountability for their mistake. The correct address was provided in the purchase order. I will never understand why it was mailed from Mexico to the wrong state in USA. They were advised in writing the required actions from FedEx as the payer for the shipment. FedEx will not provide me additional detail because I did not originate the shipment. They will only deal with the originating company which is IGIGI. This has not been my experience with my other purchases. Support claims that the management has not changed. This appears to be a scam because support has made no attempt to call snd explain why my purchase is late and how they plan to correct the problem to get me my purchased custom dress for $218 US.”

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment with your IGIGI experience. We went ahead and refunded your order and credited back the money to your original payment method. We are investigating how Fedex lost the shipment, as we are not yet clear why the package ended up in the wrong state. Again, we sincerely apologize for this breakdown. Thank you, IGIGI team

“I ordered the dress and customized it. I love the dress, looked great in it for my nephew's wedding. The color royal blue looks phenomenal on me. And I was pleased to see the shipping list said it was sent from Ukraine before the war began. It is a solid, well made garment and it fits perfectly. Only thing...I am 5'7" and I only wear flats, there were 4 inches that had to be cut off the bottom so I wouldn't step on the hem and fall. Fortunately, my sister is a seamstress and that was fixed rather quickly. Love the dress.”

“the dress fit perfectly...it was exactly what I wanted and the color was stunning...one thing though...even though I gave you my height...the dress was at least 4 inches too long...I don't wear heals only flats so I had to have it cut down...thankfully my sister is a seamstress...otherwise it was perfect”
