“This site is fraudulent don't order anything my bank blocked my card immediately its a fake site DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.”

“I order a pair of $270 boots. Online it said delivered but they were never delivered. So I emailed asking where they were and two days later someone got back to me saying that they would be delivered the next day. So the next day comes and still no boots. I call and call and I email and they did some “investigation” as to where my package was. I have heard nothing. I’ve gotten no answers. They got back to me and said that I changed my delivery address which was not true. They won’t answer my calls or emails. They refuse to give me a refund. This site is a scam.”

“ALERT! In may 2019 I made change of merchandise with this company and to date they have not returned the product. In Aug 14 2019 I asked the original merchandise was retuned to me .It is the same answer "the product is in the laundry" for me this is a ROBBERY . ALERT !”

“They just stoles money in a different way .. my order never arrived and no money back How can we ( customers) be protected from such a bad situation? How it is possible/ permitted for a company to take money from you online and in case you are a victim, nobody takes responsibility?! Is there any “black” list on internet with such as*holes?!”

“Great product but had to drive 8 miles to a DHL collection point as options for delivery very limited, after paying £20 for express delivery, would consider ordering again but would like more delivery options!”
