“I got a free 10 day pass and was given free gloves for the session. The manager gave me a straightforward tour and then off we were to kick and punch! The exercises aren’t too hard and not too easy, I found. The difficulty is at a perfect level for me, and I’m just a beginner, having never kickboxed before.”

“Since the new team took over the Waldorf MD location, it has been amazing! They really do care about you and want to make sure that get an amazing work. I really appreciate the extra efforts they put in to make sure that the studio and bathroom is sanitized between each class and that the bags are spread out enough to ensure a safe distance between everyone. They're also really flexible and understanding about arriving late to the classes, unscheduled walk-ins (within reason), and cancelations. The best part is that they allow you to freeze your account if you don't plan on coming in for a month or several months and you can pick back up (Unfreeze your account) without having to pay a startup fee. It truly is a welcoming and fun environment to workout in and the hour long classes offer a routine that works out the entire body- warm up, stretch, bag round, cool down. I will say that this location doesn't follow a strict routine like other locations I've been to. They will adjust their routine to meet the needs of the class if, for example, there a lot of older people in a class that need less of one thing and more of another. So, if you're used to having a strict schedule and routine with ILoveKickboxing, this isn't that kind of location. I absolutely love and appreciate it though. I never know exactly how the workout is going to be until I get on the mat, so it's fresh and new every time. Often times, the late classes are pretty empty, so if you go to one of those and your one of the only people in the class, they tend to cater to your needs- footwork practice, technique, etc.”

“It was amazing I started as a 6 wks. Challenger and I ended up signing the unlimited membership. It was intense but amazing workout . After all the hard work you will find the best shape you are aiming for . If you seriously want the best shape . Try it!”

“Columbus Location I'm almost half way done with my 6 week challenge and i love it so far. The Staff is beyond awesome and although i sometimes struggle with some of the workouts i still feel great after. I'm planning on continuing to go after my challenge is over.”

“Terrible!! Very expensive and don’t teach proper form. You might as well join the gym and do the group classes. It’s basically the same thing. And you would only pay 30 bucks a month. My daughter got Covid from her class and the studio does not even care. Now if I want to cancel I need a doctors note for my daughters which is a violation HIPPA I will be calling the attorney general”

“Glen Allen, Va location I signed up for the free 6 week challenge & now have a year membership! I love how flexible the class schedules are because my work schedule is different every week. The nutritional program included with the challenge is so helpful to know what’s best for your body and takes out the guesswork. Great, clean environment. Very welcoming. After struggling with motivation and working out on my own, this has been the best decision I’ve made!”

“Beware - this is a total scam. They were closed for months due to Covid restrictions but continued to charge our credit card. We called each month to get them to stop the charges but not only will they not refund the fraudulent charges, they won't stop charging without closing the accounts. They were not vigilant about cleaning before they were closed down and I would not consider it a safe place to work out now. If you join, you will be paying for nothing.”

“The gym in Mandarin is clean. The instructors are awesome. They focus on nutrition to keep weight loss permanent and form to maintain safety while on the mats. This place is awesome. I'm so glad I took on the challenge! Everyone in Jacksonville should come here.”

“I have only been working out here for a couple weeks so far and absolutely LOVE it here!! I have felt intimidated at other gyms, but I felt very welcomed by everyone here the moment I walked in. The workouts are so fun and the staff all have such high energy to keep you motivated and push you to push yourself just that little bit harder. I like that staff help you on your form during the bag rounds so I feel I improve at each class and can improve my speed and form. Definitely feel amazing after the bag rounds and conditioning! If you are looking for a judgement free place to workout and have a BLAST I absolutely reccomend ILKB!!”
