Buyer Beware! Linen sheds and quickly becomes threadbare. These sheets are lovely when new, but shed to the point of being threadbare. When it happened to one sheet set, the company replaced it claiming it was premature wear. It has now happened to a second sheet set. Sadly, the poor quality appears to be a feature of this brand. Not worth the premium prices they charge. In my experience, the quality of competitor brand Sheet Society is far superior - try them instead.

I have purchased a number of linen products from I Love Linen I’m afraid I will not purchase any more linen because within 2 years my $190 linen king size fitted sheet has worn through. I have many more sets , so it has had constant use ? Also I follow all the care instructions. I’ve been offered at %30 off my next item but that must be on a full price item not on sale ? What a joke 🙁

Admittedly, my quilt cover is two years old now, however two of the ties have detached. When I wrote to the company, I was told 'it can happen from time to time' and was offered a 20% discount on another purchase which I do not feel was adequate. I was hoping at least for some thread so I can attempt to fix the issue.

Misses 5 stars for me for 2 reasons 1) for the price I would expect to be able to fully unfold the piece to be able to determine whether the color works in my space. I did not see (until I later looked it up online) that it is not returnable if it is unfolded. If that’s the case, again for the price, a simple notification on the packaging regarding this important info would be necessary and a more transparent communication of your policy. I don’t love the color of my item (more brown green than blue green in person) but I can’t send it back and that’s a bit of a bummer. 2) the closure is a series of loose ties. It looks unfinished and sloppy. Since the bottom portion is visible first when you walk into the room- it’s quite a bummer it doesn’t look more like a finished higher end item. A simple button closure would have looked more streamlined. I have to give it an extra tuck under to achieve that look.

Having discovered linen sheets through I love linen, I won’t be be going back to cotton sheets nor will I be buying linen sheets from anywhere else. The range, colours, prints, quality, packaging, prompt delivery, discounts, loyalty program, and easy to navigate website makes buying sheets, dare I say - exciting! Who would have thought?!

The most beautiful quality sheets I have ever owned! The quality of the linen sheets I purchased was incredible, so soft, so breathable and the huge selection of choice is amazing! If you’re wanting high quality linen, you’ve come to the right place! The packaging is also cute and has such a personal touch - have loved every experience with I Love Linen🤍

I purchased the king mattress topper and I waited over 3 months for delivery. Shipment was delayed as it was coming from China. I am very disappointed with the quality and that it cannot be machine washed or dry cleaned. Every week when I change the sheets I pull the topper off to give it a good shake to try and fluff it up but to no avail. The fill is lumpy and it’s as flat as a pancake on the side where my husband and I sleep. It looks absolutely ridiculous and untidy when the bed is made the middle is fluffy and the sides sunken. Not a good look. I would not recommend this product.

Top-notch customer service! I was thrilled to learn that bamboo has been added to the I Love Linen family and I purchased a sheet in clay. I didn't notice 2 tiny holes until I had washed it and laid it out. Sammy was able to rectify the issue and immediately sent out a replacement. Thank you! I love the combination of linen and bamboo , I love the contrast of the softness and warmth of the linen and the smooth coolness of the bamboo. My whole family loves it too (we all have very sensitive skin) and the colour range and quality are wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend I love Linen to anyone, you won't be disappointed by the quality and feel and wonderful colours, thanks again:-)

I love your products, the quality is there and I have been enjoying your bedsheets selection since 2016 - That's why my last order experience with I Love Linen was so disappointing. I ordered an entirely new bed set in the Ochre (which we love) I also ordered some new White King Pillow Cases and a new Warm Grey Fitted Sheet (to go with our existing sets). I was told that the white pillowcases were currently out of stock but I could have the remaining items shipped. Only the ochre bed set arrived. I've now been informed a month after my original order that the Warm Grey Fitted Sheet has been discontinued - I was given an option to pick another item or request a refund. I saw on your website that there were still 50cm versions of the fitted sheets available (my order was for the 40cm) - I requested the 50cm Version for the sheet but was told it would cost an extra $30 with no discount, even though there has been a delay on these items. I've now requested a full refund on all the remaining items (which for some reason will take another 10 days) I'm very disappointed that you have discontinued the warm grey fitted sheet range and that you couldn't offer any kind of discount considering the time and inconvenience caused. I was a very happy customer up until this order and I don't think I will be using I love linen again.

I can completely understand your frustrations with this and also being advised the Warm Grey colorway has been discontinued. Our team offered a replacement fitted sheet in the 40cm in another available color and advised a larger depth would cause sizing issues due to your previous order history of King 40cm sheets. I can see we actioned your request to cancel and refund this order which our accounts team was advised to do so immediately. We do like to note that while we process this straight away it can take up to 10 business days to process back onto your account. Fantastic quality linen, excellent customer service and fast delivery with plastic free packaging. As a consumer, like most people I look at how a company markets themselves, communicates with its customers, provides deals and uses social media to show what their product looks like not only in a beautiful stages environment but also everyday homes. I’ve purchased 7 I Love Linen duvets, with my first being back in 2017 and have been a loyal customer ever since. No reason to change.

Your products are really beautiful. Nice and soft and lovely colours. However, one of the items I ordered was preorder, and ended up taking two months longer than what it said on the website. I waited a little while before emailing, enquiring about the delayed preorder and wondering when it was estimated to actually arrive, however it would have been nice to receive some communication from the company (without me pursuing it) when they became aware that the preorder was delayed. Only one of my items was preorder, so perhaps when they realised there would be such a big delay, they could have sent my other purchases so my whole order wasn’t held up an extra two months (on top of the time I had already waited for the initial preorder date; 3 months all up).

I would like to assure you that this is not a standard occurrence for us, unfortunately, due to Covid19 our supply chain was heavily delayed and left some customers waiting longer than expected. We did send out communications updating the customers affected, though it appears not everyone received these messages. We have now put in place new processes to make sure these errors do not happen again. I really do apologise for the delay and would like to assure you these issues are not common here at I Love Linen. I am delighted you ended up loving our linen. Happy sleeping x

Beware - these sheets have a 2 yr lifespan! After waiting more than a week to hear back from the company about my threadbare sheets, I decided to write a review. Yes these sheets are lovely. Yes the marketing is slick and clever. Yes these sheets are very expensive. The trouble is, they shed. This isn’t meant to happen for long. But it does. I wash the sheets by hand, I rotate with other 3 other sheet sets, I line dry in the shade yet the sheets shed and shed. The shedding thins the fabric to the point it disintegrates. And now, after 2 years, my sheets are threadbare. There are large holes running down the length of the sheets like nothing I’ve seen with my cotton ones. For $300, when used a quarter of the time, I expect them to last more than 24 months. Just beware. *Update* After writing my review, the company contacted me to replace the fitted sheet, saying they had worn “prematurely”. Sadly, another sheet set I purchased at the same time for $295 are now threadbare from what can only be described as light use. It seems this is not a one-off fault, but a feature of the poor quality sheets. Very disappointing.
