I have been reading all the other reviews with 1.2 rating people who never received their parcels, delivery drivers stealing parcels, customer service lying to and cheating people.
I will be filing a complaint with ACCC and contact NSW office of fair trading. I will also go the NSW Police. I think it is a crime accepting payment for service with no intent of delivery.
This courier should not be allowed to trade in Australia

“Before you buy anything online check if the delivering company is imile. If so, do not even think of buying it.
