“An update on my last review here. I can confirm that I have received the payment today, as promised by IMix Concrete Team. They said the payment was sent on Friday and requires 1 working day to proceed, that’s why received it on Monday. Thank you”

“A quick update on my previous review here. IMix Concrete Team called me after my last update and claimed that they used a third party/concrete pump company to fulfill this order and they totally failed on this occasion, but refused to take a responsibility for the underperforming. Therefore, IMix Concrete confirmed that as a goodwill gesture they will reimburse me for this with a certain amount. They have asked for my bank account details and confirmed that a payment will be sent over soon, and that they will notify me once done. Two days after, I have received nothing and still awaiting the payment and response! I’ll update here as soon as I got anything from them.”

“Imix Concrete Team, you have replied to my review and asked me to contact you and explain further as to how you can make things better for me and customers in general, which i did, and then you promised to come back to me with a solution of the matter. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard anything from you yet, you are continuously ignoring my emails! So am i going to hear anything from you at all, or as soon as you get the money, you don’t really care for your customers!”

“Their team didn’t seem to be experienced in what they do and they have caused a damage to my new installed fence while they were delivering the task. Also the concrete mix delivered was too watered, even when this was noted on a couple of occasions to their team nothing changed and they were blaming each other for miscommunication. The result was very poor quality/strength concrete (which will most likely get many cracks once curing), and not what was originally ordered and paid for - C30 grade concrete. I had to mix on site an extra concrete to try and get it mix with theirs and get better consistency. I was so disappointed of the service provided by this company and have refused to sign on the end, although the lorry driver said he will sign instead of myself, what an unprofessional service! Thereafter, i have made a complaint via email and have no reply yet! Imix you are very helpful until you get the money of the customer, but after that no even a word from you, shame on you!!!”

“Ordered concrete for a job in bishop stortford and was not informed of any waiting charges at the time of the order , card was charged with additional fees for waiting time after the job was complete . Was disappointed as the point of contact for the site was not notified either .when I called the office to challenge the charge the lady on the phone was quite rude and hung up the phone at the end .”

“From the minute I made an enquiry this company have been so helpful, patient and professional, and the site was left so clean after the job you'd never have known so much machinery and messy concrete had ever been delivered and pumped. Would 100% use every time again in the future”

“Very good service at a good price. Ordered 2 cubic metres of concrete to be pumped 50m in back garden. There was no mess at all and work was completed within one hour. Would recommend.”

“Very pleased with the service from imix. Had a shed base and patio base done at a very reasonable price. They were respectful and very tidy. They made sure everything was washed down before they left. I would highly recommend imix to anyone.”

“Really pleased with the price, delivery and service for our new build project. We had to have our triple garage rebuilt after a fire and it was great to see the footings going in and the floor being laid. iMix were so helpful in letting me know what grade of mix I needed (I didn't know when I ordered) and even helped me ensure the right amount of concrete was used! Really appreciate this. Thanks for a superb service iMix, we are delighted.”

“What a fantastic job! Pumped in 4m3 of cement on a 48m run and the two guys that where running the pump went way above what I expected, to the point of helping with the smoothing out. Also left the place spotless! Wouldn't know they'd been! Would definitely recommend and use again in a heartbeat! Thank you!”
