“Unfortunately I received the first transaction only after 47 hours, but it had errors. I still have not recived it yet ( it is 56 hours!). We had to this document this morning! By your advertisement the document should be ready in 24 hours, it is really disappointing.”

“The Farsi (Persian) translator apparently just uses google translation. He needs to familiarize himself with academic degrees. I have heard he made he same mistake for other physicians translating MD as a PhD. Surprisingly, this “mistake” only happens when the customer is a woman. Anyway, you guys are doing a great job and I wish the Persian translator was actually a professional.”

“The follow up was timely throughout the entire process. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to pay for two translations. From Romanian to English and then from English to German. It would be fair to know about it upfront. This should be made transparent from the get go. At the time of placing the order, the system accepted translation from Romanian to German and charged me only for one translation. My order was processed only after I paid for the additional translation.”

“I like the fact that the gave me the option to review my documents before the sent them to me. However, I did not like the fact that after submitting my document, I did not receive any confirmation e-mail, leaving me wonder for days if they got them or not. I had to log back into their site to see that they had already translated them and required my review.”

“I was disappointed in not getting my easy one page translation within the advertised 24 hours. They told me there was a delay, since the volume of German translations was significantly higher than usual. So it took 36 hours for the first draft and another 23 hours to revise it and get the final translation. Maybe it‘ll be better to inform the customers before their order when there is a delay for certain languages. Expecting the translation within 24 hours, but getting it after almost 2.5 days might be too late for some customers.”

“Get what you pay for. Maybe a bit less. Multiple spelling and basic grammar errors on the first attempt. Some translations came out in opposite meaning. I think these people barely speak English and use google translate. I could have done better myself, but for legal purposes, you need that certification. And somehow, they have it. That's all you are paying for. Thank God they have a revision option. I feel sorry for customers who don't know how to read English and have to trust this service to be accurate. Because they are about as accurate as a drunk chimpanzee throwing darts.”
