“ONLINE BUYER BEWARE! I/C are quite willing to sell el-cheapo HP Notebooks online with a keyboard with grey letters on silver keys but without a BACKLIGHT on the keyboard as standard. In low light conditions visibility of this keyboard is poor, to say the least. There is also no indication in I/C's online adverts that these HP units have no backlight. They're not willing to swop it and HP won't replace the keyboard.[Model is HP 15s i5 and there are other HP models on their shelves with similar problems.] HP and I/C - an incredible combination for ripping you off.”
“Ordered a iPad online, on the 2nd April with 2-5 days shipping. It is now the 14th April and although the tracking says shipped, the call center says it is still with the warehouse. And even if I want to cancel the order and go in-store to buy it, I am told I have to wait 14 days for my refund. “Terrible experience, i wish to never ever find myself in such space with lazy stuff members including the manager, who do not know their products and do not care about anything but rather be on their phones during work.. Im very much disappointed at how i had to walk out of the store carrying my Y70 Nova plus, without a bag on a busy monthend weekend as i didn't have my purse with me to buy a shopper bag as i only came to the store for collection & not to buy anything.. Imagine what could have happened after collecting a phone of R5500 & have it taken by thugs only because i couldn't buy a R5 shopper bag”
“I would absolutely NOT recommend incredible DISconnection.
We bought a new laptop with1 year guarantee, 6 months later started giving problems, brought it to the Vaal branch, waited 3 months, came back still faulty, went back for repairs, took another month and you wont believe, came back exactly the same.
The stores wonderful response??
it must be sent to the supplier again for repairs, you will be without a laptop for minimum of 15 working days but it might take longer.
The branch manager Matsemela will not even call customer care. His words were " here's there number call them yourselves ".
In the meantime you lose income due to no working laptop.
Been waiting 4 days for Regional manager to call back as were promised by customer care. You won't believe, no call yet.
This company has the worst after sales care I've ever experienced.
