“We've used Incredible rugs numerous times to decorate our home. I've even used them for family Christmas gifting. I've always been very satisfied with our choices but what is "incredible" is their customer service. They will answer any question and from time of order they confirm each piece, how long it will take till delivery and their packaging is impeccable. We love this company and highly recommend them.”

“This is the second rug I've purchased from you.. There was a 15 percent off offer that I subscribed to.. The coupon offer was to come to my e mail with a code number. It never came.. All I got was points.. That's not 15 percent that was offered to me. ..poor customer service!”

“Re-decorating my living room. I had replaced my carpet with a new wood floor and needed an area rug. I came across this site and ordered the Karastan Marash Ezine Cream area rug. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality, color and how well it makes my room look !”

“We love our black, white & gray area rug. However, it arrived with an error. The corner gray stitching that goes all around the area rug is cut. It is missing about 1-2 inches. I’m going to try to hand stitch it but I’m disappointed. It’s such a hassle to send the rug back so I hope this works. I expected the rug to be perfect since I couldn’t use the discount for this particular rug company at Incredible Rugs & Decor.”

“As of now, the large rug was defective and the smaller white rug was received dirty as if someone dragged it on the edge. I will contact you and discuss the defective areas with photos. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”

“After selecting my area rug I was contacted to see if I wanted to order a sample before having my large area rug sent. I did that and was so glad because the sample showed me that the rug I had chosen was not going to work with my decor. They saved me from making an expensive mistake. Their customer service was great”
