“Excellent service! Having had Karastan rugs previously, I searched for best selection and pricing and found the website for Incredible Rugs & Decor. Pricing was excellent, so called them with questions re: shipping and they were knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me updated on shipping dates and carrier. Product delivered in a timely way and as beautiful as I expected. Will definitely use them again!”

“I love my new Karastan Spice Market Petra Multi Area Rug in my dining room. I initially ordered the wrong size, and Dilene followed up with me to make sure the return was processed, I was properly credited, and received the replacement rug. “I am very pleased with my two rugs. Your price and service are paralleled only by the beauty and quality of these rugs. The value is exceptional. My only regret is that other sizes were not available, especially hall runners. But I found coordinating runners and the look is elegant. Highly recommend your company and products to all who ask.”

“Positive: people were friendly and generally tried to help. Issues were manufacturer related, not Incredible Rugs. Ordered rugs on Tuesday and they were delivered on Saturday. Negatives: never talked to the same person twice; right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, consistently got either conflicting information or no communication at all, notified Incredible Rugs about problem on Saturday, and it wasn’t resolved for ten days! Never did get a communication about how Incredible Rugs proposed to resolve or did resolve the problem.”

“The customer service at this company is wonderful!! I spoke with a nice lady and decided to order 2 samples. They arrived very quickly and it took 5 minutes to know this was the right one. The colors are perfect. It’s so soft and pretty. The rug arrived quickly, I returned the samples and was refunded right away. Thank you I could not be happier.”
