“Great experience and great product! I can’t say enough good things about this company. I couldn’t believe how easy they made the process. The rug was all I had hoped for. The colors were perfect. The rug was very well made. I love my rug. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“For a first time experience, I was very pleased with the outcome. I received 3 beautiful rugs (2 rather quickly, 3rd after having to choose a different one due to error with discontinued item). And they look fabulous in my home.”

“I love this site; they make it super easy to visualize the rug in your room, they have a huge selection, and the products I've recieved are top notch. Their standard shipping is quick; I had my rug in a few days. Combined with their frequent sales, what else do you need? There is one small downside - samples. The samples take a while to arrive. (Like weeks.) Photo tools to image the rug are great, but I want to see the actual product in the actual lighting in a space. It makes it hard to make a decision to purchase.”

“They're very annoying. I buy one raucous gift which I never got to see so I don't even know how it looks... They have written me seven times to buy more rugs. I have hit unsubscribe twice. Be careful. If you buy something they will drive you crazy. As for the quality, I don't know it was a gift I sent it to someone”

“I have many of your rugs...yours are the ones that I look for first whenever I have need for a new rug. Many years ago I purchased four "Guggenheim" inspired rugs in an array of colors that are still fabulous! I look forward to any new design collections that you come out with in the near future. “I am disappointed in the color. The green on the website doesn't match what I received. The one sent is very dark green. Also FedEx left it at the bottom of the stairs. They didn't deliver it to the door.”
