They're very annoying. I buy one raucous gift which I never got to see so I don't even know how it looks... They have written me seven times to buy more rugs. I have hit unsubscribe twice. Be careful. If you buy something they will drive you crazy. As for the quality, I don't know it was a gift I sent it to someone

I am disappointed in the color. The green on the website doesn't match what I received. The one sent is very dark green. Also FedEx left it at the bottom of the stairs. They didn't deliver it to the door.

The rug was not as pictured on website. I thought it was a denim blue, looked dark and described as denim. It was more of a silvery blue which has a silvery sheen and makes it look like poor quality

My checkout experience was not good. I did not get a chance to enter the code for a 15% discount, and I did not see a place to request installment payments. I had some kind of approval from Affirm, I think it was. I am quite upset because I do not have that money available in my bank account right now. I can make several payments quite easily, but I did not see anywhere where that was available. Maybe I am just not too bright, but I thought I would be given a chance for this, and instead, Boom, the whole amount has been charged to me! I am not happy about that at all., as you might buess.

The discounts available are misleading and confusing even for customer service. A day after I finally got order placed, the discount was increased 4% on the website.

At the time I placed my order, they implied that they would deliver in two to five days. It has been five days and my order hasn’t shipped, with no commitment to a ship date or delivery date yet. If I don’t hear from them very soon, I’ll cancel the order.

It was first time from this company . I am very upset ..(( I got 3 rugs smaller size,then I order...I do not know , what I should do with those rug , it do not go anywhere , so $ 127 throw away ...

2-3 stars is all I can give. Variety good. Searchability great. However, they DO NOT tell you that if you need to return a rug that they will charge you a huge amount to do so. They don't tell you that until AFTER they send you a return label. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

We love the rug but the supposedly free pad is not the correct size for the rug and when I called the company they said I shouldn’t use the pad they sent anyway because it is not compatible with the new vinyl plank floors we just had installed. They said the polypropylene backing on the rug itself my harm the floor too. 😳 So then they tried to upsell me another pad !

The website and ordering process were great. However, now that I have placed my order there has been zero contact regarding the order and shipping of the rug that I purchased. Where is my shipping confirmation? It has been a full week and I haven't received an email about anything. I have been expecting shipping information including timing of shipment. Very frustrating!!

TWO PARTS - GREAT - The UPS driver was great. He brought the rug inside for me. NOT GREAT - We didn’t receive the pad.

I selected a rug after doing a search for “sage”. Just received my “sage & gold” rug and it’s BLUE ….no trace of sage green and when looking at it from seated position it’s just solid shiny patch on the floor Now I have to return this. ☹️ Not happy.

Not good. The left side of the rug I received is wrinkled the the nap has been crushed leaving a 9 inch strip from top to bottom, that looks different from the rest of the rug. I reported the problem at once and provided pictures. It has been seven days and Customer Service has not sent a return label yet. Also, I have to buy materials to package it AND pay to ship the defective rug back. I should have bought from Wayfair.

I ordered a rug that was supposed to be shipped 5-8 days from purchase. Going on a month now and just found out today that the rug is on back order. No one bothered to inform me of this fact. Apparently misinformation given by the distributor, Karastan. In case, very disappointing as I had hoped it would be here for a social event I'm hosting in two days.

After waiting weeks for an out of stock product I was told my rug had shipped and would be here on Sunday. It is now 7:15 pm on Monday and it is not here.

This review has nothing to do with the company this rug is purchased from! This review is about the delivery people used! Suppose to be delivered yesterday due to the storm, it was a no show! Maybe a phone call would be warranted, but did not receive a call! So it was delivered today, without a phone call about when it would be delivered! I called the company Braun Express, they don’t have a clue about anything, or delivery! Now the guy comes off the truck, and puts my 9x13 rug, on my driveway, says I have curbside delivery… nowhere was that written, that I had to haul as a woman a rug into my home up my driveway! Needless to say I am really upset! Yes, this review is very real… and bad customer service! F. Solomon
