“Love the rug, the only thing I wished it had was fringe on the ends like the bigger one I have(same rug) over all my experience with the company was great! Great customer service and great delivery.”

“Brown rugs look almost black. I am not happy with them! Would like some return labels for them. I have 4 X 6 and 2 2 X 3 brown rugs. I was also sent 2 extra 2 X 3 rugs in the black red; and I need extra labels for those. I did not order these Thanks for your kindness. Susan Steed”

“We love our black, white & gray area rug. However, it arrived with an error. The corner gray stitching that goes all around the area rug is cut. It is missing about 1-2 inches. I’m going to try to hand stitch it but I’m disappointed. It’s such a hassle to send the rug back so I hope this works. I expected the rug to be perfect since I couldn’t use the discount for this particular rug company at Incredible Rugs & Decor.”

“It was a lot lighter in colour than when I saw on the photo. It showed up more pink than the reds however it still goes great with the decor. Thank you”

“The rug was delivered before the underpadding. Rug had already been laid out and it was a week before I got the underpad. I had to pay someone to lay the rug out and now I need to pay someone again to re lay the rug with the underpad. I do like the rug a great deal, I thought the colors are beautiful but in certain light it looks very faded and not as brightly colored as it appears on screen..However, I am keeping it.”

“I am very well please with the 2 rugs I purchased. I wish I would have been notified about the delivery in a more timely manner. The FEDEX delivery driver left them across steps to my porch during evening or night and we had rain that night. One rug was wet from a tear in the plastic wrapping.”

“Most importantly, the rug is great! I have several antique wool oriental rugs and Jarastan rugs. I was nervous about ordering this rug. It is wonderful and so soft. Ordering process was good. Items sent separately. Tracking was for one order - therefore a small gap in data. Overall a great experience!”

“Wish they were better able to keep the rugs I was interested in in stock. Had to settle for much smaller (and cheaper!) rug because of poor availability. But overall, a good company to business with.”
