“We've been using these ink cartridges for several months and find them to be excellent. These cartridges are high yield and last quite a bit longer than the manufacturers cartridges. Hands down a good product.”

“Sorry for bad review. 1st time very happy with service, delivery, product. This last time my printer wont acknowledge ink is there. Cleaning and aligning does not help. Have tried many times to reload etc.”

Hi Joanne, For your ink model it is normal to have ink leak a little when removing the seal to the ink opening as air pressure can build up inside the ink either due to weather or during transit. It is recommended to open seal over garbage can or over tissue paper. Please always contact us if you have any problems with your order as we have 1 year warranty with our products.
