“i am happy with my toner but i order drum as well and that was a mess it messed up my printer and now its a waste and had to buy a new printer so i need some kind of compensation for the troubke i went thriugh”

“Hi Stephanie, About two weeks ago I ordered two high-yield laser ink cartridges and two drums for my Brother printer. The price was good and the delivery was fairly quick. However, in the week that I have used one of the new cartridges I have maybe printed out a total of (20) twenty pages as I use the printer strictly for residential non-business purposes and the printer already tells me that the toner is low! I took out the cartridge and moved the green slide back and forth a few times and it still says the toner is low and now the printer starts banging as it has never done before. Therefore, you sold me products which were not as advertised. Please refund the purchase price and send a return overnight label so that I may send the defective products back to you. Thank you. “Terrible, The ink toner said it would work with my printer. It actually listed my printer on the outside of the box. It physically does NOT fit into my printer. I would not recommend this company.”

“I ordered a toner cartridge and didn't see any progress in the shipping with the tracking number. My inquiry brought an immediate response including both an email and a phone call from Jamie. Somewhere between the InkTonerStore and UPS the item was lost but, rather than any finger-pointing, Jamie sent out another cartridge and pursued the shipping problem with the original cartridge directly with UPS. I am very appreciative of this quick response and that I didn't have to get embroiled in some dispute about what happened to my shipment. InkTonerStore's professionalism and responsiveness makes them my #1 choice for future purchases.”

“The turnaround time was good. However, I was sent the wrong ink cartridge. They immediately replaced it. I didn't have any problem with the replacement cartridge. The service and the price was good.”

“I called the number to make a return as the toners I ordered time before the last ones are the wrong number. I have never recieved a return call and I need a return slip. Unable to get theu by phone otherwise. I have been very pleased with products up till trying to contact you.”

“A four instead of a five only because the toner cartridges have just been installed. They perfectly replaced the Brother units and are printing out as desired. A five rating is quite possible over time. To be honest, in searching for replacement cartridges I came across InkTonerStore.com and could not believe the price difference. The Brother units I believe are overpriced and the ITS units unbelievably on the low side. Low enough to take a chance so I did and to this point in time quite glad I did. Color printer back to work.”
