Customer representative Gala didn't seem very knowledgeable about the Repair estimator. I also wanted to speak to a supervisor about why this repair estimator wasn't automatically ventured or reminded to upload the report. I am aware that you're supposed to upload a PDF, but I would recommend either a reminder or a feature where it automatically uploads the report for the repair estimator. Also I have informed gala that I was on a mobile device, and never was I am form to go to the website and order to upload this PDF report. We must have better phone communications to understand what the client is asking for. John

Was a bit frustrated that the person did not share that there was a problem with with system and tried to make it as if it was something we did. Only when we called them out on it, did they admit something was amiss. That was disappointing.

There are small things that could change to make it smoother. Like be able to add a calendar event from the calendar.
