I am an existing customer, I asked someone to call me back to renew my insurance, no one did. I sent an inquiry on the web site, heard nothing back

After taking money from customers end to end closing up of account and delivery of insurance certificate and uploading data is not to be seen. falsefied cheap marketing talks with false timelines are presented to customer. Front line officer and media group are helpless since they don’t have actual feedback from back office. Each of these group does not over step their boundaries even when customer explains their grievances and stay in their comfort zone. You may look into it for betterment. If you see this hurting pls continue your business and good luck.

It's very bad experience and wont happen again as I always renew my car and its instant no 1 informed me that it will take me 3 days to get my policy ready a d I never heard of that before

Good service but I received my quotation after 4 days and that also overpriced. From other sources it's far more cheaper then your price. Please send quotation quickly and set reasonable prices. M not buying from you because of late quotation and high premium.

the quotation offered to me through you were twice and triple than the price offered to me when contacted directly with the insurance companies. which is not logical !!!!

The advisor contacted you on the same day to confirm the necessary details in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance. The advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (Qatar Insurance and Oman Insurance) through email on the same day. Please note that the minimum premium for comprehensive insurance set by the U.A.E Insurance Authority for Sedan is AED 1,300/-. The agency repair rates get higher as the vehicle gets into the second, third, fourth and fifth year of registration. As your vehicle is under the second year of registration, the advisor has offered agency repair options. Takes a couple of days to get the insurance issued. They withheld my insurance because I did not answer the mandatory KYC "know your customer" question. Disappointing service, use another website as I will in the future
