“After splitting up with my partner I found out after several years that my portion of the checking account was never closed we had a joint checking account it continued to affect my credit even after he’d passed away. Because she’d left overdraft fees unpaid until they were sent to collections, I noticed a drop in my score and I became responsible for paying off the collections bill. “We all rise by lifting others it would be very bad of me if I don’t share this important information to you guys.
