Ordered 3items and delivered next day which was good shipping price was a bit high but that’s understandable only problem was I was missing 1 of the things I ordered unfortunately it was a nessacery item which is bad not happy about that no telephone support or even a human you get a computer telling you to fill out a form online which was frustrating so had to fill in a form online but they did refund the item fairly quickly which was good but it meant I had to travel and buy what was needed (frozen food) so was not happy about that as it cost me more time and money and the point of ordering was to receive what I ordered not to spend extra on petrol and time so they got 2,out. Of 3 items correct I guess if the order was correct I would have given them 5 stars but they didn’t and lack of telephone support also when there’s a problem you want to talk to a human so it’s got to be two star rating minus one for getting a simple order wrong minus 1 for no telephone support and minus 1 for the frustration time and expense it cost me if I wanted to travel to get my frozen food I wouldn’t have place an order paying a tenner for delivery 😡😡😡

I received the vivarium which was good although one corner was chiped the light I got uvb did not work I tried to get into touch but nobody was listening to me and I had to buy a new ball which worked okay from a different supplier so the bulb they sent me was useless and I did not get any refund or compensation for this so be careful if you are buying bulbs from them as I think they are old stock

I recently order frozen rats/mice for my snakes, i payed £14.99 for next day d3livery, was emailed it would arrive next day between 12 - 2pm. I didnt receive it till the following day, costing me extra money to buy rats for the 1 night.

The order arrived but the extra large crickets were all dead and I order 2 medium sized crickets and small crickets arrived.The rest of the order was right.

Mostly positive. Viv is nice however I ordered lighting to go along with it but the bulb didn't work. I contacted them about this and was sent an idiots guide on how to install a bulb. The bulb still didn't work and I have not heard a word from them since!

Already contacted you due to an issue with the lack of negative space packaging in my delivery box which caused one item to crack and spill its contents into the box. Expensive equipment like the LED jungle dawn bar not bubblewrapped or anything which seemed odd to me. I did receive an email in reply the following day to appologise and to say they'd pass my comments onto the distribution arm of the business. Hope that was followed through as not doing so could lead to wastage of products and customers kept waiting for replacements. Never had an issue ordering before, so putting it down to a one-time indicent. Luckily all electrical equipment was in working order.

Bugs arrived well and on time! Felt there were too few bugs inside the containers, I bought the CUC bundle and an extra tub of springtails. Very few bugs in general

The service from internet reptile is good used them for a few years now, however this time I’ve had a few problems which is more towards the delivery service. They used DPD, the delivery driver was very useless as I request him to wait 3 minutes while I was around the corner, the driver replied ok that’s fine and drove off. 2 days later the parcel returns and was in half. I reported to internet reptile which they reorder. I ask for they to change the size of the bulb as I noticed it was the wrong size this did however take two days. Still to this day I am waiting for my order to come it is now with Royal Mail which keep changing the day it’s going to arrive.

They did deliver but unfortunately the size of live food wasn't accurate at all. I got baby crickets instead of large ones, the same with locusts there, were small ones mixed in and not few unfortunately.

Usually my orders are really good. This order the locusts were small with large amounts dead. When I sent in a complaint I was asked to provide photos. Obviously I'm not going to keep dead locusts hanging about in a school so could not provide evidence. I'm a long standing customer who used to order hundreds if pounds if live food weekly as I was a bearded dragon breeder. Very disappointed in the mistrust of my genuine complaint. I was surprised how the customer care had gone down as it was always excellent in the past. I understand cold weather conditions etc but it was not that cold. When I went on to the site to put in my complaint I noticed that there was only sml locusts available so it was obvious there had been a supply issue. A better response than basically prove it would have been much more satisfactory.

Quick delivery however worms did not last long , they developed mould within a couple of days and all died unfortunately.

Quick and fast delivery of what was ordered,well packaged and on time. Only downside to the order is a price match was guranteed and they didnt reply to price match. So only bought half what I wanted.

I ordered a gold package started kit for a bearded dragon. The vivarium came scratched and marked all over and the plastic runners were split beyond repair. Had to drive to nottingham to get new runners and when advised women of the state of the vivarium, she wasn’t interested and blamed the courier company. Then the day after the bulb blew and the hardware the bulb screws into didn’t work. Overall a very bad experience, especially for the price. Wont be using again.

Bought insect container which is great, but missing couple of clear square covers for the tubes. Bigger issue was our live order of insects did not have lids that were taped down so upon opening brown box that had gone via Royal Mail, we we welcomed to two boxes of crickets jumping out all over the place! Please can you tape and secure the lids in your live food containers please!!!!!!

The viv set up arrived on time but the thermostat and heat mat didn’t work so has to buy replacements to keep my leopard geckos warm

Regular shopper at Internet Reptile. Ordered T5 UV kit. Unfortunately it doesnt work. Cannot receive replacement apparantly until Royal mail collect damaged item. Which didnt help tortoises over the christmas period
