Placed an order for coarse vermiculite but received fine. They accepted the return but still haven’t got my refund after 2 weeks.

Placed an order totalling over £350. Along with my order I wanted 2x pachnoda grubs and 1x locusts. They send one tub of pachnoda grubs. I email them and they say the other livefood was missing so will send out the rest, that's fine by me. I get my redelivery, still missing the locusts. I email again asking where my locusts are they just send an email to say they've sent a refund for them, I don't want a refund I want the stuff I ordered, they said they've sent the refund of now of just over £2 so they can't send me the bugs. But I didn't want a refund in the first place, I didn't ask for a refund, I asked for the bugs that I'd ordered. Such poor service, why would you not just send me the bugs? I understand mistakes happen and gave you the opportunity to fix it but you didn't you just palmed me off with a refund and no further help.

Well It arrived safe and sound the only problem was the first order didn’t go threw so then I placed an second and it went threw perfectly but I was getting at least 5 emails in one day telling me to check out when I already did it was a pain I emailed back well I tried anyway since I don’t know how to work email but that’s why I rated 2 stars

My Arcadia shade dwelling light came with a faulty bracket. Contacted internet reptile for help but no response recieved

After ordering RevitiseD3, Internet Reptile decided to send me Nutrobal. When I emailed to tell them they had sent me the wrong product, their answer was "it's used for the same thing". I'm sorry but I did not ask you to decide what I needed, I'll have what I actually ordered please and if this is what happens on a regular occurrence then I will not be ordering again as I've heard if it happening to others. However they did offer a return and replace hence 2 stars instead of 1.

The locust was a lot smaller than I thought the wax worms was fine but the basking light I had it in for 5 minutes before it went and no longer works did try emailing to explain but it would not send

Several times ordered frozen food for specified dates only to have them then arrive a day later or more, defrosted and useless. I then have to chase up both parties involved to get the same excuse every time( courier and company passing blame back and forth). Also often sending the wrong size/weight mice too!

Items didn't arrive, they were labelled with the wrong delivery address and returned to sender.

Item received very quickly but when I opened the whole bag of reptile bedding was split open so although I was impressed with both the price and speed I was very disappointed with the packaging of the item

Though part of the order was marked as in-stock with 28 remaining at checkout when paid and confirmed, i received no notification that part of my order had been removed until I had a paypal refund for the amount 2 days later out of context, and then saw myself that it was missing from the dispatch email sent the next day; still with no specific notification or mention that I wasn't getting everything I ordered. On-top of that part of the order had a fully bent suction pad which I had to fix myself with a hairdryer, though it's hard to tell if that's a fault of storage/packaging on internet reptiles part or the product itself.

I have ordered live food from them consistently; their shipping is unreliable; pay for the next day shipping, there is still no guarantee you will get it quickly. I was aware of this, but it wasn't a problem for me. My last order was never delivered; they didn't provide the tracking info in time. When I contacted them, they were incredibly unhelpful, I pretty much received the same email back every time, and they refused to refund me. Even though legally, it was their responsibility. They don't treat their loyal customers well. They will essentially ignore you until you are frustrated in to giving up. I am disappointed. They won't refund you!

Not happy a lot of the locust was dead so my spider only had half of the locust also I paid extra for the postage didn't get until 4 days later

I ordered frozen items for my pets on Wednesday 10th November and have, as yet not received my order as delivery was promised 1-2 days or 2-3 if ordered at the weekend as you do not deliver on a Sunday. I have yesterday contact APC the delivery people and have been told that no order has been received from Internet Reptile. I did pay for these items at the time of ordering but I have had to go elsewhere and buy these items as I have heard nothing from Internet Reptile. You gave me an order number and a tracking number but to no avail. This was not recognised .

Used for many years and shocked at the lack of of customer service skills. Order was delivered late, paid £6.99 for a specific day and nothing on the day to say it would not be delivered. I chase the next day and get told "I am sorry to hear that, I will issue a refund for the difference between standard. And premium delivery for you" It was not about the refund, I chose a day that I knew I was going to be in! Hence paying more for the service. Nothing about this being looked into, no apology for the inconvenience caused, not just to me but my animals! I hate moaning but I hate being disregarded more and that is exactly how you have made me feel. I genuinely thought you guys were great. Nlw, so so disappointed :(

The description and pictures require updating. I mistakenly brought the wrong size bugs for my dragon so had to go to the shop anyway.
