I ordered 2 heat lamp bulbs, which arrived in a timely manner however both of the bulbs blew within 24 hours of installing them.

I gave 2 stars as I ordered 3 basking bulbs and they arrived in a box with no padding etc so they could of easily been bounced around. Not the way to send bulbs.

Decided to order my chameleon some medium sized locusts from internet reptile. Unfortunetly when they arrived they were tiny so ended up having to go out to find some. Would not order from here again

I bought fruit flies cultures from here plenty of times before, but this time there was only 5 fruit flies in the tub and the rest don't seem to be hatching

I ordered some livefood and some equipment (a thermostat and thermometer). The website states all orders are dispatched within 3 working days but both parts of the order were dispatched late. The livefood was dispatched over a week after placing the order. The equipment was packaged in a box too large for the items with no packing material so it's a miricle they weren't damaged. The livefood came 2 days after it was dispatched, and because they hadn't used a heat pack most of the crickets were dead on arrival. The rest had all died after a few days. Luckily the other livefood I ordered was ok. Not very impressed.

Twice the frozen mice arrived a day late and defrosted. No reply from customer service after initial contact. Will not be using them again for food services.

So far not what I would consider to be a good experience. I ordered various items which all arrived promptly and would of been considered an excellent service. However I was sent an item which without doubt was not new, the box was old and the contents were obviously not new, worst of all it was faulty. I sent an email to explain my disappointment especially as it was for a birthday gift which would now be missing. I was sent a generic email with details on returns with no apology. I have since posted it back and I have yet to receive any further communication so I’m left in the dark on if they have sent a replacement, in the process of refunding me or simply doing nothing and keeping my money.

I immediately realised there was a problem with my order when I received the email acknowledgement and I tried to cancel part of the order online straightaway whilst it was still processing and before it could even get to being despatched but this is where your automation falls down. With most other companies I buy from online you can go back and cancel your order at any time in line with UK consumer law but not with your site...instead i not only had to wait for it to be processed, despatched and delivered, i then had to rebox it, repost it at my own expense and then wait for the refund. This is just not necessary to put customers through this

I paid £6.99 for delivery of some flightless fruit flies and received some beetle grubs instead. I contacted internet reptile and received my flightless fruitflies after a further few days. However, 80% of all the fruitflies were dead within 3 days. I paid £9 for all fruitflies to be dead within 6 days. Shocking.

Your product does not seem to heat and there are no instructions of how to send it back. 5his has been a waste of my money and my Don is disappointed as he can not get the Geko until his tank is hospitable for it.

Sent for two Arcadia floodlights , put them in and waited as I’d read on the reviews to wait as they blow if you don’t. They both came on and was just what I wanted but the next day one had not come on and doesn’t work.
