I sent 40+ orders with this company of 40kg parcels. Very expensive. They then hit me with fees because they said packaging wasn't appropriate. £10.74 for over 80 orders. No information telling me what the problem was. I don't mean no photos, i mean they couldn't even tell me what the problem was. I sent a photo of a package and they said it was fine but because I couldn't send photos of every single package they would take me to court. Unsurprisingly they haven't but just shows how unscrupulous this company is.

A parcel has been lost and in spite of my repeatedly contacting them I have not heard back at all. My Ebay customer has demanded and received a refund. To make matters even worse their price was 2-3 times higher than one of their competitors. Unfortunately I only found this out after sending another, similar, package. I will not use Interparcel again.

Interparcel are THE worst courier booking company. We have proof of a driver forging a customer's signature to say a parcel was delivered, which has now been classed as lost and another parcel that was lost, which they denied had been collected from our premises; until we provided proof on our CCTV. A parcel going to Italy was delayed; we were not informed and now have to pay AGAIN to have it delivered. Their excuse is that we should have tracked the parcel; which is totally impractical, given that we are trying to run a business. They dismiss any complaints and could not care less. I would not use them again, I'd rather deliver the parcel myself!

Total, total shambles of a company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Took them three weeks to finally admit they had lost my parcel despite me having the drivers name, registration number, round number and CCTV of him loading it into his van. 3 weeks of emailing, phoning and live chatting. Constantly telling the same information to different people who don't communicate to each other. Do yourself a favour, get your parcels picked up by someone else if you don't want them disappearing into oblivion.

DONT USED INTERPARCEL THEY ARE USELESS. I used them to pick up a parcel at one address to be delivered to me at my address. They used Hermes and picked up the parcel but 3 weeks later delivered not to me but back to the original address. When I asked for my money back they refused. Terrible people.

PLEASE LISTEN - AVOID AVOID AVOID They're not even worth the 1 star. They are paying for people to leave 5 star reviews, THEY ARE NOTHING THAT THE REVIEWS STATE. They lost our company parcel worth over £100 3-4 months ago and they have done absolutely nothing about it. UPS abandoned our parcel with no explanation at all. We have since had to refund the customer so we have lost out big time. I've been told I would get a call back and every time we have chased them, no one knows anything. I've spoken to James & to Amy and each one told me they would get back to me once they have chased our compensation. No one has got back to me but they continuously are sending us emails for payment of fees. No one has taken any responsibility or demonstrated any human decency in owning up that it is in fact an error on behalf of their non existent service. Oh, but they demand their fees. No logic. It's actually shocking. This isn't the first time either. There has been no compensation whatsoever even though we paid for parcel insurance and there has been no reimbursment on our delivery charges. They are now threatening US with legal action over £31.37 if we don't pay up within 7 days ?? At this stage, our company is looking to take legal action against Interparcel and I will personally be taking this matter further to trading standards also. I will not rest until they are shown for what they have put myself and others through. The legal threat against us for an error they have made is all I need to keep me fuelled. I hate injustice at any level, they've in all honesty, threatened the wrong company. absolutely appalling service to say the least. This is how they treat long term customers? AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. ROYAL MAIL has better deals and they have fantastic customer service. If I knew INTERPARCEL were this DISHONEST, I would never have used them. I should have listened to the bad reviews they usually get. All of a sudden, it's all 4 - 5 star reviews. It is 100% all paid for, they are not genuine reviews. A cheap way to regain reputation. wedesnday my parcel was out for delivery but no one delivery attempt was actually made. thursday an attempt was made to deliver it. despite a large sign requesting the driver to leave it with my neighbour he did not do so. friday I contact them and they are not going to attempt another deliver. it is at a post office. no one will tell me which post office as its apparently on the card they left me while trying to deliver it (no card was left). and now i have no idea where my package is

Absoulutely useless company from the top. An associate director calls and does not look into the problem of why i have requested to speak to them. Despite TNT taking my parcel to a wrong country and sitting with it from 22 August 2018 until 14 December 2018. Parcel did not get re-routed to correct destination but return. This company is all about booking and taking your money but do not provide any service. IF YOU EVER WANT TO HAVE A RIGHT WITH YOUR PARCEL, GO DIRECT TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY. PAY A PREMIUM AND AVOID SUCH COMPANIES WHO DO NOT CARE THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY TAKING MONEY TO THEM. INTERPARCEL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO THE WORST. YOU FINALLY LOSE ONE MORE CUSTOMER

A parcel I was trying to send wasn't collected and every time they "tried to collect" I had to contact them to try again - they wouldn't do it automatically. When they finally collected the parcel, it took forever to get to its destination country - and nobody even knows where it is now. Tracking says that the receiver was advised to collect it, but the receiver hasn't received any card or communication and Interparcel doesn't even have its partners by country on the website, so the only option is to go through every parcel company and ask if one of them might possibly have the parcel. The whole process was so long that I literally could have brought the parcel myself instead of sending it and it would have been with the receiver earlier.

This company offered the worst service anyone could imagine! When I booked for my parcel to be picked up, they NEVER turned up! Then they rebooked another day, 3 days later, which was inconvenient for me, but they said that was the only day available! Then the parcel was picked up, and a week later when the parcel hadn’t arrived I rang Interparcel to ask where the parcel was, and they had no idea! They eventually tried to locate the parcel, to be told they had lost the parcel! But because I never took out insurance, I lost the value of the parcel! Take my advice, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are rude and useless when they’re incompetent with the service they are supposed to offer!!! I totally regret using this company.

Good Morning. I am sorry that there have been issues with your order. Unfortunately as extra transit cover was not purchased we could not offer a further claim than the included cover. I can see that we have refunded this for you along with the postage. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused to both you and your customer.

Hi all,let me just share my experience with INTERPARCEL driver simply refused to collect my parcels due to lack of space in his van:):) this is now going on for 5 days.Parcels are piling up now at the collection point.Made 3 calls today but they just don't care ..... keep promising but nothing has happened:):):) DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of late most of my parcels I send are charging me some crazy clause whereby have to pay an extra £20-£30 for going over 1 cm over a parcel size. Never has this happened before and now it is happening often. I would highly recommend to stay very clear of Interparcel it has now become a complete scam artist company.

Avoid !! Thieves, who make money from nothing , They don’t care about costumers and their goods they ask you to pay a lot of money to protect your goods but still blame you in case it got damaged. Avoid! Loads of hidden extra charges Poor customer service They contact people after 2 months and charge them for extra fees on carriage 60 days old. People Please Avoid !!

We have used this service for years, however recently had poor experience with very long delays (weeks) with a parcel that should have arrived in days. While it is possible that some of this lay outside of the control of this carrier, they could improve their customer feedback and should adjust the information they provide to customers accordingly.

I work for a small IT company whereby we have used Interparcel for many parcels over the years and have only had trouble recently. Going off past experience we have had no reason to doubt the services as being anything but exceptional. However, via Hermes/Evri through the Interparcel website, we have had 4 items go missing or 'lost' They are expensive hardware and through the whole experience, we haven't received anything in terms of compensation or even cover which we paid for on 2 occasions to ensure we got something back. Every time I have asked the progress of each case, I get a standard 'wait 72 hours' which has lapsed about 3 times! I find it no coincidence that the handler being Hermes/Evri each time something has gone missing. I have logged a complaint with Interparcel and logged it as a crime to the police as one of the packages was opened deliberately, taken the item out of a case and posted the empty case to us. VERY suspicious but Interparcel don't seem to care which makes us wonder, are they investigating properly for this potential multiple theft? AGAIN, I cannot know any of this progress due to security reasons. As I have mentioned, our experience over the years has always been positive, until this point. We realise companies are still catching up from Covid and appreciate the fact. However, a job shouldn't be allocated if it cannot be performed fully and to the letter. This review will be going up as a warning to Hermes/Evri bookings through Interparcel. All other couriers we have had little or no issues with. Interparcel have lost a customer of the past 5 years. So very sorry it has come to this review being left but the frustration of this matter is now through the roof, with no real compensation or apology, until I have asked! My work and a small business is now out of pocket of a decent amount of money. After we have struggled through the past couple years, we certainly didn't need this!

Usually pretty good, but tracking details seem useless lately. My last parcel via Parcelfore was 24hour sevice but took 2-3 days to collect..
