Have been trying to contact them since the 6th re a faulty item. Have tried contact form, insta & Twitter & chat and still have not had any response. I get it’s busy, but this is ridiculous.

I opted for the premiere delivery which cost 9.99£ for a year free next day delivery to get a lorna luxe mabel dress to wear at an event, i received it next day.. however the dress is wrong, i got this sequins dress instead!!!!!!! They reship the dress, for a next day delivery. However. It hasnt arrived. I am really dissapointed, i wont buy here anymore. They will always screw up an order.

Order a pair of beige chunky boots, worn twice and the stitching at the seam by the sole is coming away!!! I have been emailing and chasing for nearly 4 weeks this is ridiculous and I am fed up!!!

I ordered a dress on Monday the 31st of May. First time using the site. When I ordered and selected my size it said the item was in stock (in that particular size) and when I went through checkout they gave me the option of Next day delivery for an extra £5.99 fee. I needed the dress for an event on the 5th June and this was the reason I ordered as it said I could have next working day delivery. Now this was bank holiday Monday so I assumed my item would be dispatched on the following day and I would receive it on the Wednesday, still plenty of time for my event on Saturday considering I had paid an extra fee for next working day delivery, but Wednesday and Thursday came without even a notification or email and when I checked my account it said my order status was ‘processing’ so I emailed asking if my order would be dispatched that day on the Thursday as I had paid for next day delivery and I was met with an automated email saying someone would get back to me within 48 hours. During this time I received another generic email stating that there were delays on some items coming into their warehouse and they apologised and said they would get the items out as quickly as possible. I also received another email from a customer service agent stating they were experiencing transportation issues meaning there was a delay in items coming into their warehouse. I replied asking if I would receive a refund for the £5.99 I paid for express next day delivery and again I received a generic email saying someone would get back to me in 48 hours. My event came and went on the Saturday and I still hadn’t heard anything about the dress. Then on Sunday 6th of May I received another email from a customer service agent telling me that the reason my order hasn’t been dispatched is because I ordered a pre order item which is completely untrue. The item stated it was ‘in stock’ when I ordered and it offered me next working day delivery so why would it have been a pre order item, plus also she completely contradicted what the previous email had stated! So one minute I’m ordering an ‘in stock’ item, paid for next day delivery and then I’m being told sorry there’s a delay and then it’s apparently because I ordered a pre order item?! Plus they completely ignored my request for a refund for ‘next day delivery’ considering I paid for a service I didn’t receive. It’s now the 8th of June and I’m still none the wiser as to when I’m receiving my item.

Sizing is no where near true to size! Very disappointed. Two hoodies the exact same apparently and meant to both be size 6-8 which they are both clearly totally different sizes and colours

I Just wanted to warn everybody about buying clothes off of these ads on Facebook. Specifically “The Instyle“ I ordered 3 items. A brown stonewashed hoodie sweatshirt, a pair of light blue Jean stonewashed color overalls with flowers on them and a pair of capris with really cool patchwork on them. I paid $90! I did not receive ANYTHING I ordered and they refused to refund me! They expect me to send them the WRONG product back at my expense. The items they sent me were all wrong ! They’re not even close to resembling what I ordered! In order to be reimbursed a partial reimbursement! Not even offered full refund. I would have to pay the shipping back to them for product I did not order! Seems to me if they sent me something completely different than what I ordered, I would not be responsible for paying for shipping to send it back to them! As you can see the rock “sweatshirt” is the only thing I got that resembled my order! the rock stone washed sweatshirt ended up being a plain brown T-shirt. The next item I ordered were a pair of light blue Jean stonewashed overalls with flowers on them. What I received was a dark blue denim plain overall capris With that ugly cheap dark jean material. They look like something somebody made at home on their sewing machine with fabric from Michael’s. They look nothing like what I ordered! The 3rd item was a pair of capris with really cool patchwork on them. what I actually received was a pair of grey granny pants.  I have put in a dispute with my bank. Hopefully they can get my money back for me! Lesson learned! Don’t order from these ads! Also, when I contacted their “Customer Service“ department, all I got was an automated message offering me different amounts back and a 10% off of my next order Incentive. Like I would EVER order from them again! These people are a scam! They should be prosecuted and thrown in jail for what they’re doing!

Made an order with in the style. They sent my a shipment order 3 days later which was missing items from my original order yet still charged me for the full order. When the part of the order was sent there were items missing. I emailed there customer service. Waited 72hrs as they requested in their auto reply. Nothing. I’ve since sent 3 other emails with no reply. I’ve even gone as far as to post comments on their Instagram posts and message them but still nothing. I’ve been left with no choice other than to return the part of the order that arrived (which is a £2.50 fee) and contact my bank for them to start an investigation against them to get my money back! Won’t be buying from here again which is a shame as I liked the collaborations they did.

Do not buy from this company. Their customer service staff are extremely rude. I never received my order, then when I contacted them they said they can’t help me and won’t be refunding my money. Disgusting service
