I signed up for their swing trading months ago. Really disappointed In that there's no explanation about what stocks their tracking and most importantly why they make the trades their in. If you want to learn this site is a joke. I found another site called sharplanner that's great for everything. Jared/z3

I have been using IBD for the last 10 years. I have found this extremely valuable. I spend at least 2 - 3 hours on the weekend reading key sections of eIBD. What I like about this is that "opinions do not matter", just listen to what the market is saying. IBD interprets market moves like no other publication. You need this to say in and you need this to figure out when to get out of the market.

I have been reading IBD since the early 90s. It was a bewildering investment world back then, and IBD made more sense than anyone else. The confluence of the best technical + the best fundamental stocks in one place made my decisions easy. The book explaining their methods (CANSLIM) is a good read. Like anything else, you get out of it what you put into it. You have to be disciplined and pay attention to whether the stock is ascending or descending in price, and that's your tailwind or headwind. Now I trade options on the top 50 almost exclusively. My success rate is in the 90% range. I read other sites and sources as well, but always vet my investments through IBD.

For people starting out learning the investors business daily system (CAN SLIM), or for people who have learnt and are using the system, investors.com has something for everyone. Sure you have to pay for the more premium services, and they try and maximise the amount of money they can make by offering many services (you don't have to subscribe to them all), but the information you get is so valuable. Dedicate the time to learn the system and you will see.

I've been an IBD subscriber a number of times, the most recent running till approx 7/2020. Last year, after a 3 hr trip and an overnight stay to listen an IBD Seminar, I purchased a 3 month trial IBD offered. Though personal commitments made immediate usage impractical, the IBD order said they'd accept an immediate purchase with an open start date so I made the $ 99 purchase. Several months later, I found an IBD charge on my credit card for an automatic subscription extension. Never having activated or the scrip in the first place, I asked that the charge to be removed which was reluctantly done. Several months later, when I called to activate the subscription, IBD refused to provide it. Their peculiar behavior and refusal to provide the service they'd been paid for greatly diminished my confidence in their integrity and value as an honest and reliable supplier, caused me to ask them to cancel the approx 10 month balance of my IBD delivery and online subscription and return the balance of my prepayment. I CANCELED SWING TRADER IN MY TRAIL PERIOD ON LINE AND IT SAID ISUCESSFUL DID SO. 5 MOUTHS LATER I HAPPEN TO CHECK MY BANK STATEMENT AND YOU HAVE BEEN BILLING ME YOU COSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY GAVE BACK 1 MOUTH I SURE YOUR COMPUTER CAN VERIFY I DID NOT USE SWING TRADER AFTER 2 WEEKS YOU ARE REFUSING TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY THAT YOU TOOK. I WILL CANCEL MY OTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH YOU.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I am a senior and can't get any where with you .

1st they shouldn't have a 4.1 rating in their reviews it should be 1 Star according to the reviews. All the real reviews are serious complaints all the same they are not receiving the services they signed up for and their money being stolen from them through illegal charges and making it impossible to cancel their subscriptions. Customer service is almost impossible to get in touch with and once you do they are unhelpful and outright rude offering no solutions to your problem. So I'm going to clearly say IMO- STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTIST. It's sad because they have the potential to start a legit honest business but instead they chose the short cut

The paper and Digital both have good info. The problem is; the paper hardly ever arrives. By the time it does arrive (the few timeswhen it does arrive), it is "Old News". The digital has quite a bit of good content, but it is overshadowed by an untold number of advertisements and offers, regardless of how many times you unsubscribe. I have been doing this for over 50 years, quite successfully I might add, so I will just move on; I don't need the aggravation.

My online subscription has been down for 12 hrs and at hour 10 finally able to speak to a person who indicated it would take around 15min. Two hours later still down and the second customer service person indicated that person should not have committed to that timeframe and ask if I would like to cancel my subscription! Technical support is not a strong element of this organizations offering-they also do not have after business hours support.

I have used it for years. I liked the charts in particular, but they have become unreliable in past several months. Also get tired of their own adds popping up on screen blocking what I am doing on a site I pay them for. I may leave them.

Subscribed for IBD Digital + Weekly Print, 2 Months Special 1 $14.00. Never received paper copy. Called in last week of Feb (Waited until this time based on my experience with other subscriptions as it may take time to start - 6 weeks or so). Was told the subscription got renewed for 8 weeks and, I should receive paper from now on, which is considerate. Got up early and checked for couple of weekends and didn't get any paper delivered. Called in the middle of march to notify that I didn't receive paper. This time I hear we can't extend anymore as we already extended once. I requested for credit. That isn't possible either. The only way it is possible if I subscribe to digital. This is totally unacceptable. To get one service (which was already paid) we have to pay for another service. I wouldn't recommend this service to any one and please be cautious.

Customer Support Christina was extremely rude. I have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional and no unempathetic support. I have called to inform that I only signed up for 5 weeks trial and it ended 2 days ago but it auto renewed and charged to my credit card. She bluntly said that it is stated clearly and there is no way a refund can be done. When I requested to know who can help, she rudely said no one and auto renew can be terminated next month. Then she just ended the chat. Super rude support. Not tactful, rude, no customer service and unempathetic.

The performance of Swing Trader in 2021 has been far below the S&P 500 and worst than many index funds. Unless you are standing by your PC to enter a position quickly, you will not be successful. The Leaderboard is only slightly better. I found that the breakouts fail resulting in may stop outs. As other have stated below, the FFTY fund has consistently underperformed the general market.

Extraordinary investing rules. Not too complicated but use them and quickly learn to earn very strong results. I’ve been investing for 31 years and tried many different strategies. Nothing has beaten investors business daily.

I've been using IBD proprietary data in my own way since the mid 90's and it has been extremely helpful to me in my financial success. My response to the afore mentioned criticism of the new IBD services is that we all have to hold ourselves accountable for our own results. Losses are the cost of learning the process of doing business in the markets. Don't blame. Just move on with your development. Study the IBD data. Experienced successful traders have learned very quickly there is no cookie cutter way to market success. Good luck!!
